Overview
Villa Anastasia is located in Gaios, Paxos. This semi-detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 7
people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is
a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the
Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Anastasia has been carefully built making wide use of traditional
local stone. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen
with adjoining dining and sitting area (air-conditioned) opening onto a
shaded terrace with panoramic views. On the same floor 2 bedrooms (one
double and one twin) and the main family bathroom are located. The
upper floor, where a cozy air-conditioned twin bedroom with beamed
ceiling and extra WC are located, is reached via a spiral staircase.
(If required an extra child (7th guest) can be accommodated free of
charge.) The focal point of the house will be without any doubt the big
pool terrace, set within well cared gardens and offering unobstructed
views to the sea and to the Greek Mainland. Parking is located just
below the villa.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD
Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with
Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

Villa Anastasia has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
