Good value for money

Nice property. Nice location. Not sure about the restaurant very close by. Was not open during our stay. Would put me off booking again.

Good location.Spacious and good outside space

Stayed two weeks. You need to check the keycode as one is wrong on the information supplied...but we figured it out! No welcome pack but 24 hour supermarket a few minutes drive away and other larger supermarkets in Polis. House is in a good area with bars and restaurants in walkjng distance. The house itself inside is a little dated / tired ( staining on dining seats) but ok. Outside and pool area very nice with lots of seating and tables etc. One point that in my opinion needs changing is there is no light near bbq area so ended up cooking by phone torch. Pool was cleaned and checked regularly and staff on hand if needed anything. Another minor even, trivial point, was in second week asked for a supply of loo paper to be told that it was not allowed. When paying a not considerable sum i thought it was a little penny pinching! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again

Lovely Location & Well Maintained Villa

We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the villa. It is positioned very well to enjoy all the local amenities and the local maintenance people keep the pool etc very clean. The beds were the only negative of the aspect of the stay. The master bed was a cheap sprung mattress, with too few springs. This meant it compressed too easily and bowed in the middle. The beds in the other rooms were far too hard and gave shoulder pains to anyone sleeping on their side. They would benefit from mattress protectors, instead of a sheet being laid directly onto the mattresses. This is a real shame as the bedrooms (as with all the other rooms) are of a good size and kept clean and tidy. The hot water is plentiful once you figure out how to use the timer button outside the first floor bathroom. The instructions by the front door would really benefit by having this information added......a very easy thing to do and would make the operation easier. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would happily return to the villa, providing the bed mattresses are changed.

Hier und da sollte man mal austauschen oder reparieren (Matratzen, Türscharnier, Küchenutensilien) Eine Beschreibung wie,wo gehört der Müll hin,was kann man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen , wann werden Handtücher ausgetauscht, wäre super.

Family holiday

Lots of plus point but a few negatives too! Absolutely a fantastic destination for lots of R&R The view from our upper balcony cannot be rivalled. Lots of lovely eating places with second to none hospitality. Fresh fruit and drinks in abundance! Minuses Beds very uncomfortable Wrong key code when arriving at 2 am with 2 disabled traveller was not the best start Cold pool, needs heating for winter months Tired old looking interiors in the Villa but location made up for it. Cleaner arrived T 07.55am waking the whole Villa. Pool Ma was more desceet. Guest need to be thought of more and not timetables for cleaning. Because of the location we would stay here again but maybe not in this Villa.

Villa Halima Alexandros is perfect for large families. The villa is well equipped and big enough for 8 people without being on top of each other. There is plentiful seating inside and out so everyone can enjoy a nightly feast. We were missing some barbecue tools but Agni was more than happy to contact the owner whos English isnt so good and he provided us with extra tools within a couple of hours. He takes great pride in cleaning the pool every morning and tidies the garden area without being intrusive. We were slightly confused with how the water works then realised there is a dial at the top of the stairs so you can set the hot water to how long it is to be switched on for. The villa is situated near the road to Polis but the noise is next to none and did not disturb us at all. You can walk into Polis via the main road which is approximately 30-35 minute walk and probably not suitable for children or someone with walking difficulties. Polis is a pretty locals town with a few little shops, tavernas and beautiful buildings. There is a shortcut down to the beach just opposite the villa and you can walk along the promenade through to Latchi which is just beautiful. There are supermarkets and shops within 15 minutes of the villa and these are open quite late at night. We did hire 2 cars and there was enough space to park both, Agni Travel recommended Fontana Tours and they also provided an excellent service and were very reasonably priced too. We wanted to explore the area as this was our first time to Cyprus and we were not disappointed!! The traditional nearby villages were stunning! Some of the roads can be quite hair-raising but the views made up for it. The service and care provided by Agni Travel was fantastic, we know who will be booking our future holidays with!!

I booked this villa for family friends. I live in Latchi and wanted them close to me and the beach. The villa was exactly what they wanted; just steps from the beach and a short walk to tavernas (Le Plage). A/C and Wifi worked great and the garden/pool was very private. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Thank You
