Lynbrook Holiday rental is a 2 bedroom bungalow situated in a peaceful residential area of Frinton-on-Sea. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and additional sleeping for 2 people on the sofa-bed in the lounge. All bed linen is provided.
The lounge has a sofa, sofa bed, dining room table and chairs as well as a tv. The lounge leads out to the garden via patio doors onto a small patio with the rest being laid to lawn and not overlooked by neighbouring properties.
The kitchen was refitted in 2021 and includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine , microwave as well as crockery, cutlery etc.
Newly fitted Bathroom 2024 includes bath and electric shower

Lovely bungalow

We had a great holiday. The bungalow was extremely clean and very well located, just a 30 minute walk to the beach. Lovely welcome gifts and the host was easy to contact. Bathroom is a bit dated but otherwise was very comfortable. Great to find a dog friendly place to stay.

Fun Hols

Lovely bungalow. Very central to lots of seaside towns. Big choice of local eateries: Italian, Chinese, Indian and English food. Great pubs too. So much to see and do. Also two theatres, Clacton & Frinton, which is good night out. Highly recommend this place

A very nice place to stay.

The bungalow was excellent. It has lovely well kept garden, and the bungalow had all we needed for a comfortable pleasant stay. The lady who owns the bungalow was extremely welcoming and helpful. Frinton beech is about a five minute drive away or about twenty minutes walk. We will be returning for another holiday and would recommend.

Really quiet area. Great location for Frinton and the beach.

The property was great. Had everything that you needed. The kitchen was really well equipped with all utensils, pots & pans. The bathroom needed a shower update. Garden was a great sun trap. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Lovely little Gem

The location was a quiet area, easy to find and not far from the train station or bus route if needed. The bungalow was comfortable and Julie’s little food pack on arrival was a nice touch. Garden was lovely and our dogs gave it their seal of approval along with our family who visited. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, shower over bath was a little challenging but we both managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Julie xx

Frinton stay

The property was very clean and contained everything we needed in addition to things we might have required. The owner had also left us extra goodies which was a lovely surprise. She was very accommodating to our needs as on the dates we were arriving and departing there were train issues. She allowed us to amend the dates at short notice.

Julie has a wonderful property and the garden is a pure bonus if you have a dog.We found the property clean and inviting.Julie was fab at communicating throughout the whole process with us.Six of us fitted comfortably and we really enjoyed our week.Only added bonus would be a very much needed upgrade with the shower.Thank you Julie 🌟

Great Location

Very comfortable house in a quiet location. The property owner made us feel most welcome and provided great service when ever we had a request. We certainly hope to stay there more in the future when we are visiting family.

Lovely, spacious property

We were met by Julie on arrival who explained the entire property and provided all contact details. The bungalow is in a really quiet location. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Overall an excellent stay and will definitely use again.
