Een fijn huis met veel ruimtes om te ontspannen. Waardoor je het huis in principe niet uit hoeft. De verdeling van de slaapkamers en badkamers boven de verschillende ruimtes en op de onderverdieping zorgen ervoor dat je geen last hebt van het gesnurk van iemand anders. Het is in het begin wel even zoeken naar de verschillende ruimtes. De keuken is goed uitgerust met materialen. Kortom een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Normaal trekken we ieder jaar met ons 7 koppels, inclusief 14 kids, naar Winterb ...

Normaal trekken we ieder jaar met ons 7 koppels, inclusief 14 kids, naar Winterberg tijdens de kerstvakantie maar deze keer wilden we het wat korter bij huis. Wat een prachtige accommodatie met plaats zat voor alle koppels in hun privacy te voorzien. Een prachtige en zuivere jacuzzi en sauna. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen aanwezig. Voorzien van meer dan genoeg keukenmateriaal, speelkamer met speelmateriaal, biljart, tafelvoetbal, genoeg badkamers en wc's. Een zeer lekker pizzazaak gelegen langs het huis en op zeer korte afstand meerdere winkels. Maar bovenal de toplocatie, stuwdam Robertville, Botrange, mooie fietsroutes en vooral de ravel die achter de tuin doorkomt.

Huis met veel slaapkamers en een redelijk aantal badkamers en toiletten, maar alleen op basis van de aanwezigheid van een bubbelbad en een sauna zeker geen 'luxe villa' te noemen. Er zou een fitnessruimte zijn, die we niet hebben gevonden, dus daarvoor moesten we naar Malmedy. Er zou een bar zijn, dat was waarschijnlijk het barmeubeltje met wat DE kopjes. Een gedateerd huis, met veel op- en afstapjes, trappen waarbij je voor je hoofd op moest passen, zoeken naar waar ook al weer je kamer was. Op zich prima met een grote groep, maar geen 'luxe villa'; daarvoor hoef ik hier niet terug te komen.

Dit vakantiehuis biedt vele mogelijkheden, zowel voor klein als groot. Ligt in een prachtige omgeving, winkels op korte afstand. De accommodatie is zeer goed uitgerust, propere slaapkamers, voldoende badkamers, groot overdekt terras, voldoende keukengerei….. Enige minpuntjes zijn, de trapjes naar de leefruimte, pooltafel die niet waterpas staat en sjotterbak waar gebroken glasplaat op ligt. Wij hadden nu prachtig weer waardoor dit niet echt gemist werd.

Een fijn lang weekend gehad met een prima bakker om de hoek. Met meerdere speelkamers, een groot grasveld en een veranda kun je prima binnen én buiten leven. Het huis ligt aan het fietspad naar Malmedy. Schuin het fietspad oversteken en er is ook een leuke speeltuin.

De aankomst was goed, we wisten al waar we moesten zijn. Dat maakte het wel gemakkelijker, doordat we wisten door die opening te moeten. Het huis was netjes en schoon en iedereen had meteen zijn/haar plekje gevonden. We werden ook vriendelijk ontvangen. Er was meer dan voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Onze groep verschilde in de leeftijd van 1 tot 78 en we hebben ons eigen stuk voor stuk het hele weekend vermaakt met alle voorzieningen die aanwezig waren. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
