The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops.
This duplex apartment enjoys evening sun and your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible. Accommodation comprises; Lift access, entrance, large lounge / dining room with doors to the terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a shower room.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with amazing views, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom with shower over the bath.

During our 4Days Marbella walk, we stayed in this apartment. Close to start and finish and close to the beach. We had a great week, visited the old town and enjoyed many great restaurants. The apartment was lovely and we sat on the balcony for breakfast and later in the evening. A second toilet could have been an extra (for two couples), but we managed.

There is no toilet on the lower floor because it is quite complicated to make a toilet, it has already been tried in other apartments on line 8 and they had to be removed, it is because of the position of the pipes to connect the toilet that is why there is a shower room without a toilet. The truth is that it would be great but it is not possible.
We hope to see you for the next 4 Walking Days 2024 and if it is sooner the better.

The location was perfect for all amenities such as shops restaurants and nightlife. Taxi rank was literally a few metres up from the apartments, if you wanted to go a little further.
The view from the balcony was lovely! Overlooking the sea.
The condition of the building was a little tired in places and in need of a bit of tlc in places but the grounds were great! With 3 pools all cleaned daily and access to promenade and beach.
Wir waren 6 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Direkt am Strand, eigener Pool und sehr zentral gelegen.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, gerne wieder.
