It consists of a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to the living room, and a terrace.



Take into account that this apartment is located in a block of eight apartments with the possibility of reserving more than one apartment at the same time.

IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

El alegre Puerto Alcúdia con su paseo marítimo y el hermoso casco antiguo de Alcúdia se puede llegar en coche o autobús directamente desde la carretera principal en pocos minutos. El antiguo puerto pesquero, donde se puede comprar pescado fresco, merece sin duda una visita.



A lo largo del moderno puerto deportivo se ha creado un bonito paseo marítimo, que es una zona peatonal que invita a pasear bajo las palmeras.
