Virginia Cottage is a superb frontline property based in the village of Portwrinkle in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin. With super sea views, there's a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a galley style kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside, there is an enclosed lawn garden. Virginia Cottage is a just paces from the beach in one of Cornwall's prettiest locations and is a fine base for discovering stunning Plymouth, the South West Coast Path and more.
Amenities: Electric heating and woodburning stove. Electric cooker and hob, under counter fridge (120 litre capacity), small table top freezer (31litre capacity), microwave, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden with lawn, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Roadside parking available, permit provided (see red note below). Note: Access to the cottage and garden are shared with the neighboring property. Note: This property has no conventional TV reception; a Smart device is available for streaming only. Note: There is limited headroom in the bathroom and hallway due to beams; please be careful.
