The Space:
Very charming and recently renovated apartment with a pretty winter garden-style kitchen, a living room with convertible sofa (2 places), an independent bedroom with a particularly comfortable bed (premium mattress) and an elegant and spacious bathroom.

The independent floor heating in each room diffuses a particularly pleasant heat when it is necessary!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks a quiet interior courtyard.

L'appartement se situe en rez-de-chaussée et donne sur une cour intérieure calme.

Guest Access:
The flat is fully independent however there is another flat next door which can be rented and combined if you wish to have a larger space or come with more people.
Some equipments may be shared between both flats (vacuum cleaner, baby cot, drying rack, etc.)

L'appartement est totalement indépendant. Cependant il jouxte un autre appartement qui peut être également loué si vous souhaitez séjourner à plusieurs ou disposer d'un appartement plus grand.
Certains équipements type aspirateur, étendoir, lit parapluie, etc. peuvent être partagés entre les deux appartements.

The Neighborhood:
This is one of the most prestigious neighborhood in Paris. You will find there lots of Museums, monuments with a very authentic and homogeneous architectural style typical of Paris. You'll be near the National Assembly and the Prime Minister's Palace but also very near the Orsay Museum (second largest Museum in Paris, house of the Impressionists), Rodin Museum (beautiful garden with sculpturs made by Rodin including the famous "Thinker"), Invalides (Army Museum and Napoleon's Tomb), etc.
The flat is right in the middle between the Eiffel Tower (visible from the street), St Germain and the Louvres.
Right outside the flat, you will find an excellent bakery, restaurants and grocery store.

Getting Around:
You will find three metro stations right nearby ("Assemblée Nationale" line 12, "Invalides" line 8 and "Varenne" line 13) so it's quite easy to get anywhere in Paris from there!
