In the outdoor area, you can enjoy a spacious porch equipped with everything you need. This space features a well-equipped kitchen, including a gas barbecue, paella pan, kitchenware, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, all open to a large dining table and chill-out area. The porch has an enclosure that allows isolation from the cold and rain, and a pellet fireplace that adds a cozy touch while you enjoy good times with your loved ones.

On the ground floor: you will find a full bathroom and a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. In the living area, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. Additionally, comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to enjoy reading or watching a movie on the smart TV. The heating and cooling system ensures a perfect temperature, or if you prefer, light the fireplace! Upstairs, there is another full bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Three of them have double beds, and the last one has one double bed and two single beds. All are equipped with air conditioning.

The house and the pool are fully adapted to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
