You won't find a better location in all of Bucerias! Right in the heart of "Zona Dorado" the Golden Zone, directly on the beach!!! Karen's on the beach, steps away. All of your favorite or soon to be favorite places are all here. The walk to Centro is less than five minutes. Three bedroom and three baths round out over 1800 square feet of living space. Tempur-Pedic beds, one king and four matrimonial size. There are five mini split airconditioning units for you comfort There are two 60 inch UHD tvs, which can stream your favorite shows. Two balconies one from the master and one from the living room overlook the green grass to the pool and the BEACH! Private pallapas on the private beach area await you! Watch for the whales and dolphins. Tour guides for any outing you could think of are steps away. A foodie paradise is within close walking distance from fine French cuisine to some of the best street tacos in the entire Bay of Banderas! It would takes months and months to run out of new places to dine. Or stay in and cook with a gas range and fully stocked kitchen. High speed internet. We've just added a full laundry center to make things easier for your stay (bring fewer clothes!) There are four smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the condo with your safety in mind.

Good stay

Location was excellent! Right on the beach with a great pool and grounds. Lots of lounge chairs and shade, was perfect. Condo was decently equipped with good TVs, lots of towels. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and all had ensuites which was perfect. Everything you need right out the door. Definitely stay again.

Sadly....owners just want your money

Kitchen and Bathrooms were filthy. All other areas were dirty. The bedding was disgusting. Sheets and pillow cases had blood stains, baby oil stains and body fluid stains. The thought of getting into the master bed made my skin crawl. Three of us had to spend the first three hours of our vacation cleaning all the bathrooms, washing all the bedding and giving the kitchen a good clean. All the "new" furniture was worn and dirty. Nothing is new here. It looks like the owner doesn't care. This was our 30th condo type stay (7th in Mexico) and one of the very worst for cleanliness. The only thing good was the actual bed, towels, air con, pool and location. I have pics of the bedding etc. but I am not allowed to upload them here.

Our stay was great building is a bit older but the location is excellent it is right on the beach with a pool and chairs in the gold zone. Would definitely come back

Mexico Fun

This is an older building in an excellent location in the Golden Zone of Bucerias. The unit has a wonderful view of the pool area and the Pacific. The deck has comfortable furniture making it hard to go inside. We would recommend this building for its great location and staff.In fact, we already have reservations for next year.

Perfect ocean view

Perfect location, the view of the ocean was amazing! Secured grounds and long term renters are very nice! The condo is very roomy, has all you need! I would definitely book there again.

Great stay and Perfect location

We had an amazing time in Bucerias! The property was exactly how it was described and actually much larger than we were expecting. It was well equipped with everything we needed, we even cooked there a couple of times with no issues. The location is something I can't even describe right on the beach and in the center of everything, quick access to bars, restaurants, and shopping! We liked the area and location so we actually bought a place a block away. I would highly recomend this property!

More spacious than it looks

The condo was very comfortable for two families of four with gorgeous balconies overlooking the ocean. Everything we needed. Pool slide is being repaired but that didn’t stop the pool from being a huge hit with the kids, as was the golf cart we rented for a day. Only regret is that i didn’t plan better to be able to attend local Sunday market the next town over and Wednesday market the night we arrived.

Wonderful Bucerias

If you're looking for the perfect location in Bucerias, this is it. Small condo group, located on the beach with wonderful palapas, large pool, more than enough lounge chairs, close to restaurants, coffee shop and local market, cab stand on the corner and an extremely friendly group of people renting condos. You feel welcomed! The owners are extremely responsive and are concerned if there are any problems.

The place was lovely. Better than the photos!!! We had a wonderful time

The communication with Chris was wonderful and he was very proactive with getting us a wonderful welcome letter and even let us know the laundry wasn’t working and provided funding for us to use if needed before we got there. The place was spacious, the view was incredible and the beach and pool were great. We also discovered a great walking path on the south side of town and as great. We truly loved it. And would highly recommend staying here

Best Beach

Wonderful place to stay on a budget with perfect proximity to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the town. Of course the condo could be nicer, but you get what you pay for and it was great for our family. It had everything we needed. We will stay there again.

We have stayed at this condo for over 10 years. Needless to say we love it there! We only wish VRBO would offer fist right of refusal on your time before giving it to someone else.

Great location!!

Wonderful unit with extras like toiletries, ETOH, SPF and non perishable food items! Ice and wheeled cooler for the beach was great to have available! Plenty of towels and essentials. Excellent views from balcony area. Pool area nice, staff friendly and owners helpful. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Bucerias!

Great location ….. Not 5 star condo unit

The actual complex was very nice and well looked after. The condo we stayed in was listed as a five star updated floor to ceiling but is only worthy of 2 stars. The drawers and cupboards were all messy and the dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed. The only appliance that looked updated was the fridge. The pool was closed for maintenance and the owner did not notify us or give us any refund. The owner wanted a 5 star review and wanted input if there was anything that did not meet the standard. I did send an email to the owner but he was very rude in his reply. I would not recommend this unit. We looked at a very nice unit in the same building and it was half the price.

Great location and very comfortable

VERY easy access to the beach. Not in a high traffic area which made it really nice and easy to watch our kids. The pool was being remodeled, but the owner offered us a small refund which allowed us to buy a day pass to a water park nearby. The Condo was very roomy and our Family of 7 had plenty of room. Guards at the gate only spoke Spanish, but I speak Spanish too and they were very helpful at helping us get around easily. Several restaurants within walking distance. A small Malecon is also nearby and was much easier to navigate than the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. Super Market very close by and the neighborhood is really quite safe. My family was a little worried by the looks of the neighborhood as we pulled in, but felt very comfortable once we got settled in. We would happilystay here again!

Family vacation

Excellent location. Beautiful garden area by pool. The bbq area is clean and spacious. Appreciated the private beach area with shaded areas. The condo is well laid out and 3 bathrooms a must for a family of 7. Our family had a wonderful vacation. The only downfall is the construction across the street. The front bedrooms were a bit noisy at night. Thank you, Chris and. Becky.

Wonderful condo

We just spent 6 enjoyable weeks here and are very happy with our choice. The location is ideal, close to dozens of restaurants, shopping and markets. There is a large heated pool and beach area with plenty of chairs and loungers. The condo itself is well equipped with comfortable furniture inside and on the balconies, new kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. There are many extras that exceeded my expectations; a really comfortable king bed, good sheets and towels, beach toys and nice glassware and dishes. It’s evident that the condo building itself is well maintained and run by an on-site manager with attentive housekeepers and an extremely friendly and helpful security guard. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks, Chris, it was a pleasure dealing with you!
