The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 5 beds (1 double and 4 single beds). Two bathrooms with showers ensure comfort for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

Weekend break

Had a lovely time in this villa for a weekend break with friends. Location is fantastic. Seconds from the beach and a couple of restaurants. Lovely pool and tons of room in the villa.

Beautiful sea view

Very quiet, residential location, beautiful spacious villa and outside spaces, just needs some updating and repair (broken sunloungers, Wi-Fi not working, showers are actually handheld shower attachments!) Pool was amazing and a good size for the villa. Overall a very relaxing stay

Thank you Sarah for your comments, they help us improve, those homes on the beachfront are always constantly being renovated, the sun loungers are also being renewed, the problem is that some guests misuse the facilities and we always have to be with them changes and repairs, excellent guests.

Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We could hear the ocean from the ground level outdoor areas. Grocery store and other shopping just a few minutes walk, only a few restaurants near by, but a little further walk (about 1 mile) there was a fantastic place along side some amazing go-cart fun. It was worth the walk. The pool is beautiful and a nice size, wonderful views of the ocean.

If you're looking for a vacation rental that doubles as an escape room challenge, This is the place for you! Our stay was a comedy of errors featuring clueless managers, broken appliances, and surprise surveillance cameras. The management company sent us a photo of the wrong mailbox for the keys. After a wild goose chase down the street and failed phone calls, I finally found the correct one. Bravo, Fidalsa! Inside, it was like a 1980s crime scene with peeling paint and non-functional amenities. The downstairs bathroom had no hot water, and the upstairs shower head was broken. The half-filled pool’s jets ran 24/7, serenading us all night. The gas burner and refrigerator were also out of order so Bon appétit! Communication was limited to WhatsApp because who needs phone calls in 2024? We reported issues immediately and were promised a technician. Spoiler: the technician was as elusive as Bigfoot. For four days, we were held hostage, waiting for repairs while the beach mocked us from afar. VRBO finally intervened, prompting the managers to blame us for not knowing how to use things and threaten a 30-euro fee. Then a maid, not a technician, confirmed our complaints. Still, nothing was fixed. Surveillance cameras covered every angle of the outside decks and pool. Inside, cameras watched the living room, kitchen, dining area, and hall to the bedrooms. We felt like reality TV stars without consent. For our troubles, we got a whopping 7% refund. Thanks, Fidalsa, for the memories.

La maison est bien située, 2 petites plage à proximité, plages de sable avec quelques herbes, les plages sont calmes, propres et surveillées. Les photos de l'annonce correspondent à la maison mais la description est totalement mensongère. Il n'y a pas accès au toit terrasse ni à la totalité de la maison. Il n'y a pas de place de garage, enfin si, elles sont présentent mais on nous en refuse l'accès. Il n'y a pas les espaces verts indiqués. L'état global de la maison est médiocre, certains volets sont dysfonctionnement de même que certaines fenêtres et portes coulissantes. En résumé, nous n'avons pas ce que nous avons payés et ni Abritel ni Fidalsa ne font quoi que ce soit pour adoucir ce sentiment global.

Dans les années 80 fut une belle maison!!

Pas de climatisation dans le salon donc piece invivable en période estivale !!! Pas d'eau chaude ! Vue mer oui mais surtout sur la piscine des voisins et le bruit qui va avec !(cris d'enfants chahusect...) Maison qui a très malveillie surtout son infrastructure. La terrasse sur le toit doit être génial mais on n'y a pas accès et cela est très frustrant ! L'agence qui loue la maison est restée au abonnés absents malgré les mails de réclamation.

Excellent stay with lots of space and all the amenities you need to have a great beach trip. This house is directly in front of the main Flamenca Beach entrance and has an incredible view. Quiet area at night too if you are looking to get away from party crowds! Loved all of Fidalsa Mediterranean thoughtful amenities like beach towels,, full kitchen tool equipment. Best place I’ve stayed in Orihuela Costa!

Amazing villa w sea views

Comentario positivo Clean , Paul, Andrés and the team was great ! Wine fruits and the views were perfect! I already booked again to come in September:) thank you both for the offer , I would recommend to book for at least 3 nightsa week as if you book just 12 night the price is higher .
