A Orihuela Costa, cette belle villa moderne se situe en impasse dans un quartier résidentiel calme, orientée au sud avec piscine privée (CHAUFFAGE EN OPTION - contacter le propriétaire) et parking privé.
EntiÚrement climatisée elle est composée d'une piÚce de vie ensoleillée du matin au soir (salon, salle à manger), d'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée , 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.
Une chambre parentale avec sa salle de bains et son dressing, l'autre chambre avec 2 lits simples et salle de bains indépendante.
A l'étage grand solarium équipé de transats et salon de jardin avec vue mer.
Extérieur sans vis à vis, piscine privée avec petit jardin arboré, terrasse et store, le tout équipé d'une table, plancha, transats et parasol.
Wifi gratuit et chaünes internationales (anglais, français, allemand, espagnol
).
A proximité de plusieurs plages (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca), de golfs (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin et Las Colinas) et de toutes commodités.

Fantastic

This is a perfect rental to enjoy the beautiful weather in Costa Blanca. Communication with Rachel and Evette was simply flawless. Very nice area with many restaurants and beaches. I recommend having the pool heated : it is so worth it!

Very welcoming, villa is beautiful and comfortable, very private, very modern. It's really close to most of the golf courses in the area, only downside for us was the location it was too far out to walk to local bars so we had to use taxi's to go out. Property owner very prompt with replies to any problems and welcoming. Overall though it's a lovely well kept and well equipped property. Many thanks.

Amazing Villa

The Villa is in a quiet area within walking distance to restaurants, we were met at check in and showed around the Villa and how everything worked. the Villa had everything you need for a chilled stress free holiday. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, pool was cleaned whilst we were there and not overlooked roof top Terrance was a bonus, The owner Rachel answer any questions and was easily contacted if need. overall an excellent villa and would highly recommend this villa for everyone

Excellent villa located in a nice area. Perfect for family holiday with own heated pool (payable but not expensive) which kept the kids entertained for days. Clean modern furnishings, and plently outdoor space. Free parking with own dedicated space.

Different furniture, poor quality, salon table was discusting looked like it was found on the street . Garden furniture old and was filthy . On the whole totally misrepresented.

My wife and I had a very relaxing week, we hired a car which I feel is a must. The villa was amazing it was clean and modern. With lots of extra touches. And had some basic cleaning materials and food condiments which was great. Even the bottle of Prosecco and water was much appreciated. Communication with Rachel and Evette was excellent. Evette met us at the villa to show us round she was very informative and friendly. We will definitely return.

We have been trying to stay at Rachel’s villa for the last few years but it’s always fully booked but we managed to stay for 4 days as there was availability in between other bookings. The villa is in such a quiet area and we had stayed a few doors down in a bigger villa a few years back and had the most relaxing holiday ever. This time was also relaxing and the villa was all we needed. Rachel was great to communicate with always ready to answer our questions and Evette and her assistant made sure the villa handovers were easy. Thanks Rachel and team!

Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Communication before, during and after with villa owner and check in agent was superb, any issue or question was answered immediately and with ease. Even recommendations for places to eat, visit, shop were spot on and very helpful. The villa was immaculate upon arrival with the added touches of water, cava, toilet rolls. These were so helpful as we had children that were in need of the toilet and a drink before we were able to go shopping. The villa has everything anyone could want or need for their stay. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of different pans, pots, dishes and cutlery. Full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a dulce gusto machine. The bedrooms were both good sizes with quality beds, mattresses and pillows. They contained plenty of storage and had bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and blankets. Both bathrooms were clean, modern with spacious showers and excellent water pressure. For us as a family the ability to wash clothes was a must. The machine at the villa was really good, accessible and fast. But the Cherries on the cake for us was the luxury of having the use of the heated swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and the sun deck on the top of the villa. All were amazing and just made us feel like we have our own little slice of heaven. Especially as the villa is very private and feels safe. There is also your own parking space off of the road.

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dieser schicken Villa bei schönem Wetter genießen können. Das modern eingerichtete Haus war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie mit der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war hervorragend. Probleme wurden umgehend abgestellt. Wir können das Haus vollumfĂ€nglich weiterempfehlen.

geweldig verblijf

Accommodatie voldeed aan onze verwachting. Prima ontvangst.Goede back up bij problemen. Werd zeer snel gereageerd. Alles werd goed uitgelegd. Keuken was goed ingericht. Alleen jammer dat iedere avond de stop door sloeg tijdens het koken. Monteur zou het probleem op gaan lossen. Heerlijke tuin op het zuiden. Heel de dag zon, zowel in de tuin als op het dakterras. Komen hier zeker weer terug.
