Appartament on Solanas beach c/o Villasimius

Sardinia Villasimius, Solanas beach, apartment 900 meters from the sea surrounded by a large tree-lined garden, view of the sea and beach, private internal parking, built-in barbecue with grilling equipment, outdoor shower. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building surrounded by a large tree-lined garden (2,000 m2). Consisting of a loggia equipped for outdoor meals with a view of the sea and beaches as well as the granite mountains, 20 m2 lounge. with equipped kitchenette (for further equipment you can ask the owners) and two single beds. Double room of 17 m2. with cot and also a single bed, large windowed bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC. Satellite TV, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. The owners are in an adjacent apartment ready to take action for the guests' needs. On request we send films of the apartment. The apartment is carefully sanitized and considering the large spaces (2000 m2 garden), all current provisions are respected. All windows including the entrance door are equipped with mosquito nets.
