The open kitchen is fitted with a bar area and is equipped with a full range of appliances. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. The apartment benefits from 2 separate entrances, providing added convenience and flexibility for guests.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, the apartment continues into what is known as a "souplex" configuration, with rooms situated in the basement, each featuring windows to allow natural light. The first bedroom on this level contains a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin serve this lower level, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
