Also on this level, 1 large bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and features its own private bathroom with bath and shower, a flat screen television, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 2 double beds measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and share a shower room with WC. A 30 m2 terrace accessible from the upper floor provides an inviting outdoor space furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
