These are apartments completely equipped down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for cold and heat, heating and independent hot water with a natural gas boiler. The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.

The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
