Great place right in city center. Perfect location to explore Madrid. Close to literally everything you want to visit. Apartment is quite big, lots of room and is very comfortable. New kitchen that has pretty much everything you may need. Check in was flawless, we arrived early and was able to leave luggage at the MIT house office which is 15 min walk from apartments. Absolutely love keyless entry. Definitely will be my recommendation for anyone planning to visit Madrid.

Very clean, very comfortable and great place to stay in Madrid. Convenient location and easy walking to shops, restaurants and attractions. Hosts were very responsive and our one small issue was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property!!!!!! Would highly recommend! The only tip is to make sure you have the app downloaded before arriving. I was unable to get the link prior to our trip (asked several times but no answer), and figured I would do it upon arrival, but this made checking in, especially after the long flight, a negative experience. That said, once we got in, EVERYTHING was fabulous!

Excellent apartment and location. Roomy, clean and great for families or friend groups. Payment and check in is a little tricky with the Mit app. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Madrid, and staying in this apartment helped make our trip delightful. The location is fantastic, so convenient to all the sites we wanted to visit. It was clean and comfortable with space and seating for the four of us. The laundry facilities worked as expected, and having clean clothes just makes me feel happy. Highly recommend.

The apartment was large and clean. Wifi was fast. Location was very walkable. Lots of restaurants/shopping close by. We would stay here again.

We loved the place and the location. The only issues we had was trying to turn on the water heater and air conditioning. Maybe for next time the owners should leave the water heater on for us to take warmer showers.

This could so easily have been a five star review.Let's start with the positive aspects. The location of the apartment was superb, the place was very clean, and the layout of the rooms was great. So the basics were taken care of and the promised amenities were provided.What prevents me from giving a five star review were some small, but annoying, details. The lack of any personal touch. A check in and entrance process relegated entirely to an app, which was not initially intuitive and occasionally glitchy. To be fair, calls to the office to resolve app related issues were responded to promptly and cordially. The same cannot be said for the few requests we made to have things fixed in the apartment. So, for instance, despite assurances that the maintenance request had been entered into 'the system' the broken fan in the master bathroom was never fixed (we stayed there for 18 days).Other slightly irritating points: extreme stinginess with staples such as bathroom soap, paper towels (none provided), dishwasher and laundry detergent. Upon repeated requests we did receive clean towels half way through our 18 day stay.Given that the apartment was not cheap I found this stinginess about the little things disappointing, as was the completely impersonal nature of the check-in, which just felt unwelcoming.Just a few small extra touches (actual dish towels in the kitchen, maybe a bottle of water in the fridge to greet guests after a long trip) would bump this place to 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid, the apartment was in a great location & plenty of room for our family of 5. The check in process was smooth & the company was very helpful. We would recommend checking out the cafes in Plaza Santa Ana. It was close to Puerta del Sol & Plaza Mayor. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was a little bit of a pain, but it wasn’t horrible. It is in the heart of everything in Madrid, but just off the path so that it is quiet at night. Walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

Stayed with my family. Fantastic location, many restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere, everything we wanted to do as a 10-20 minute walk. Quiet apartment. Property management company responded very questions.

Perfect Location

Our number one criteria for selecting lodging is location; and this place hits the bullseye. We were able to walk everywhere and only used an Uber for airport and train transfers. The high tech apartment system allowed all of us easy access to the apartment because it is all done though ones mobile device.

Amazing Location!

We were a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) and stayed here for 4 days in June. It was an amazing location with everything within the ideal walking distance in a wonderful and charming side-street. There were so many great bars, cafes and restaurants near by including groceries and laundry services. The management company was also very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early. Would recommend ensuring you have the apartment for early check in if you are coming in early morning. Amazing experience overall.

Very nice!

The apartment is very well located, clean and of good standard. It is well isolated, and we slept very well even if the small street outside was full of happy people partying till late/early. There were some issues that needed service and repairing, but it was fixed the following day. The kitchen equipment was very basic and on the short side for five persons. All in all a very good place for exploring Madrid both day and night!

Apartment was great, but lots of miscellaneous things were missing: -only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom -no paper towels -no pot holders -no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee
