Perfect apartment for a long weekend in Madrid. Located in quieter part of the city but just a few metro stops from all the sights. Apartment was well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable and the balcony gets lovely morning sun, perfect for a cup of coffee. Rosa was helpful and wonderfully accommodating when we had a snag in our travel itinerary.

The apartment was definitely what we expected. Lots of natural sunlight during the day and easily walkable everywhere we went. No major issues; communication was great between myself and the host. Everything was responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot if you want to be in the heart of the city - hospitals and clinics close by (why we were there), Ritiro park, amazing restaurants and cafes, etc. Also, Rosa is the best host ever - sent all sorts of helpful info ahead of time and checked in during the trip and helped translate a few things. She was awesome.

Great stay! Located in a safe, quiet, upscale area with a plethora of easily walkable cafes, restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable- security/concierge in lobby, 2 elevators & dishwasher, washer/dryer. The apartment was very clean and decor was stylish and comfortable. The terrace was so great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The owner made sure we could easily check in and check out and was so helpful in providing insights for great spots in Madrid.

Great Hostess in all respects. Apartment exactly as advertised. Hostess provided 18 pages of close eateries and points of interest. Very secure location with easy access to metro and buses. We spent a week without a problem!

Everything was exactly as described. We went in March and Rosa already had beautiful flowers on the terrace. The place was spotless, internet was perfect, clear house instructions (in Spanish and English), and very roomy for the three of us (traveled with my husband and daughter). Beds are comfy (note that in the description you need to request in advance if you want the bed in the main bedroom to be converted from twins to a king).The location is perfect - the neighborhood is lively, safe, and quiet at night (or at least quiet for us on the upper floor). You will not go hungry - there are dozens of restaurants within a five minute walk. And there are at least two metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk.Rosa was very responsive and even gave us restaurant and taxi tips. We felt like we were borrowing a real home, not just renting. I highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully stay again the next time we are in Madrid.

Very cozy place to stay in Madrid , comfortable and clean . With beautiful terrace where I enjoyed my coffee every morning . Will definitely stay again here. Highly recommended.

Rosa's place was perfect, 5* as listed, it is in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops, and an easy commute to the city center by metro, bus or car. Ideal for a couple or a family.

Fantastic Location

Great accommodations, terrific support and would recommend for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Madrid. We used the metro and whole time and it was really easy to get around. Thanks Rosa!
