The Appartment Giardino is on the 1st floor in a building (Residence Giardino), set in a quiet position, in a closed garden with garage for bikes, parking area, lift and heating.
This nice and large apartment, 60 mq, equipped for 2 or 3 people, is only 15 minutes on foot far from the beach and from the historical centre of Malcesine.
The living room, with a couch bed for 1 Schild, TV-SAT, safe box, has a french door opening onto one of the two balconies with table and seats, and a lake and mountain view. In a part of the living room is situated the nice kitchen, which has a huge fridge with freezer, 4 fire hob, microwave, toaster, water boiler, coffee maschine; the kitchen is extremely well equipped (with ample crockery, utensils & cutlery). The large double room has two comfortable twin beds. Large bathroom with shower and window.

Malcesine Aufenthalt

Die Beschreibung zur Unterkunft war super. Das Zimmer leider nicht so super, die Haustür ging leider nicht weit auf. Die Hausbesitzer sahen und hörten wir die 7 Tage nicht, was keine negative Bewegung sein soll. Zum Stand sind es wirklich nur ein paar Minuten wenn man die schleich Wege kennt. Aber eine super schöne Aussicht!

Es war wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön

Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Geräumig, ruhig und mit schönem Ausblick auf den See. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great location for us.

All was good with the welcome, the location and the apartment. The only negative was the bed(s). These were single and very small. Not what I would expect from an apartment at this great location. Otherwise all was fantastic.

Schöne, zweckmäßig ausgestattete FeWo in schöner Wohnlage

Wir haben 11 Tage in dieser schönen und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung von Frau Zeni verbracht. Lage wie beschrieben, alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar für Ihre Gäste.

Die Wohnung hat fast alles, was man so braucht. Was mich gestört hat: - Die Betten, klein 80x190 mit schlechter Matratze, das macht den sonst positiven Eindruck kaputt------> bitte investiert in ein Kingsize Doppelbett,

Kleines nettes Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf See und Berge

Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Es ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn die Austattung und Sauberkeit des Apartment besser wäre, würde es auch ein Wohlfühlcharakter bekommen. Man kann aus dem Apartment mehr machen als geboten wird. Preislich ok für das was man bekommt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Ihre Gäste. Zum Stadtkern sind es gut 15 Min zu Fuß, was gut zu bewältigen ist.

Wohlfühloase

Die schön gelegene Wohnung mit dem tollen Blick und der netten Vermieterin ist eine regelrechte Wohlfühloase. Wir waren auch bei sehr heißen Temperaturen da und die Bedingungen waren ideal. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder und dann aber auch länger.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Insbesondere der Balkon, der zum Gardasee ausgerichtet ist. Wir waren uns wegen der Fotos nicht sicher, ob der Balkon wirklich so eine tolle Lage hat. Es war superheiß in der Zeit, in der wir am Gardasee waren. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Ferienwohnung ist, dass die Sonne etwa von 9-12 Uhr auf das Schlafzimmer steht. Daher ist es dort abends angenehm. Außerdem kann man gut lüften und es gab keine Mücken. Die Vermieter sind auch nett.

Tolle Lage, sauber, nett,... Gerne wieder

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Zweit in der FeWo. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in jedem Fall! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Frau Zeni vor und während des Aufenthaltes, sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler ruhiger Lage... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stunning location

Lovely traditional holiday apartment in a stunning location. The flat was within a small block of new looking flats surrounded by enclosed beautiful gardens. The area was quiet and relaxing and as stated only 15 minutes from either the lake or Malcesine which had all the amenities you could possibly want in an idyllic town centre. The property was clean and well maintained and although not "ultra modern" had everything you needed with a powerful shower! The only thing missing from the kitchen was an oven (there was a microwave.) The lovely owner provided excellent customer service especially when our bank managed to lose our deposit - she reserved the property for us anyway and we paid her in full when we got there. She also gave us use of the pool at her other holiday accommodation (a short 5 minute walk away) which had spectacular views across the lake. Lots to do in the area with many beautiful towns to visit and not too far from the historic cities of Verona and even Venice (recommend the train from Peschiera to Venice). All the restaurants in the harbour in Malcesine looked lovely - we ate in the one on the end which had you feel like you were sitting in the lake - absolutely beautiful. If you fancy a trip up Mount Baldo in the cable car on a nice day go very early or expect to queue for a very long time...we gave up and went back on a not so nice day - the views were still pretty amazing. We would definitely recommend to couples.
