This cosy and rustic villa is located in a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience!

The cosy, one-storey villa of 125 m2 has 4 bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. The house offers 2 bathrooms. We are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms on request.

The whole villa has a rustic but very welcoming atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down and relax: the living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book or watch TV. There is one air conditioning system in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. You could easily park for free on the street in front of the house without cost.

The garden is real jewel: a green oasis full of flowers, trees and other kind of plants. The fountain and other lovely details give a romantic touch to the garden. The plot is fenced and surrounded by hedges. The spacious, furnished terrace is the right place to celebrate a nice dinner with the whole family. You will find also a BBQ – perfect for your garden parties! The private pool has a size of 11 x 5 meters and is located right in front of the house. As the house is situated in a urbanization, there are direct neighbours, but the hedges protect you perfectly.

You will reach the next sand beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro in about 20 minutes drive. The fine grained sand and the moderate swell make it a perfect destination for families with toddlers.

A short drive will take you to the genuine village of Pollença. A long time ago lots of artists and writers resided there and you can still feel their spirit when strolling through the small cobbled streets. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und es fehlte uns nicht. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Zwei kleine Mängel die ich per E-Mail gemeldet hatte, wurden nach einer Stunde behoben. 👍 Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, groß und nicht einsehbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Wolfgang, Verena, Linda, Richard und klein Fiona

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für den Preis wirklich super. Man kann problemlos kochen und grillen, der Pool ist groß und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz. Angeblich gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, aber man kann das Auto problemlos in der Einfahrt abstellen. Teilweise war die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab kleinere Mängel. Auch der Garten wirkte an manchen Stellen etwas vernachlässigt, besonders hinterm Haus. Allerdings hat sich nichts davon negativ ausgewirkt. Das einzig Störende war die recht hohe Anzahl an Mücken.

La casa está situada en un enclave con mucha tranquilidad. Con las indicaciones facilitadas ha sido fácil llegar. El exterior está muy bien cuidado, jardín y piscina en muy buenas condiciones. Zona de barbacoa amplia y con gran espacio. Porche de la casa muy grande ideal para pasar mucho tiempo en tranquilidad. El interior de la casa está bien. Baños amplios. Dormitorios de tamaño adecuado, aceptable para las 8 personas. Salon pequeño solo dispone de un sofá de tres plazas. Cocina pequeña pero totalmente equipada, incluido lavavajillas. Cuidado con las hormigas en la cocina y con los mosquitos en el exterior. En general ha sido una estancia magnífica.

The villa is stunning and the photos really don’t do it justice as it look dated but in fact it is beautifully traditional. The pool is large and very deep at the end but it really do want have much in the way of a shallow end just the steps. The veranda is large and shaded all day long, which with the air conditioning inside gives everyone a full range of options even in the fierce heat we experienced. A car is a must in the summer as although there is a bus at the bottom of the road it is quite a walk and there are no shops within walking distance. We had a massive issue with midges and only discovered the plugins right at the end of the holiday having tried a lot of sprays and lotions so invest early if they aren’t already there.

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern und es war grundsätzlich alles da, was man brauchte. Selbst das zweite Kinderset haben wir kostenlos von den Eigentümern hingestellt bekommen. Mit acht Erwachsenen und Gepäck wird es aber recht eng drinnen, da nicht alle Zimmer Kleiderschränke haben. Wir haben ein Zimmer als Wickelzimmer/Schrank genutzt. Anders als in früheren Bewertungen zu lesen, funktioniert der Geschirrspüler tadellos. Er scheint inzwischen ausgewechselt zu sein. Dem Ofen fehlt die Beschriftung. Wir haben dann eine Gebrauchsanweisung gegoogelt, um die richtigen Einstellungen herauszufinden. Dann war es ok. Das Kochfeld ist neu. Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Bei acht Erwachsenen ist die Auswahl aber nicht üppig. Gläser könnten ruhig noch mehr dazu gestellt werden, aber mit fünf Personen ging es schon. Verbrauchsmaterial (z.B. Backpapier, Spüli, Seife, Geschirrspültabs, ...) gab es bis auf zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier auch bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht. Brotmesser und Pfannenwender wären schön gewesen. Im Haus gibt es zwei Klimaanlagen, die aber nur im Wohnraum angebracht sind. Dass diese die Schlafräume kühlen dauert. Es ist dann saukalt im Wohnzimmer, aber immer noch relativ warm in den Schlafzimmern. Dazu muss man die Anlagen aber auch rechtzeitig einschalten. Die erste Nacht war sehr warm für uns. Bitte an Mückenspray denken!! Die Außenanlage war optimal für uns. Die überdachte Terrasse war quasi unser Wohnzimmer, auch wenn die Sitzmöbel nicht die aller bequemsten sind. Die Kinder haben es genossen, auf der Treppe im Pool zu spielen. Die Größe des Pools ist nicht zu unterschätzen, da kann man durchaus ein paar Schwimmzüge machen. Der Garten sieht super aus und wird von den netten Eigentümern gepflegt. Leider hatten wir auf den Fliesen und den Liegen recht viel Sahara-Staub, dadurch wurde es mit nassen Füßen ziemlich rutschig. Die Eigentümer haben extra nochmal gespült. Wir waren deutlich vor Check-In Zeit in der Finca, weil unser Flug sehr früh ging und, da die Finca vor uns ein paar Tage nicht gebucht war, konnten wir ohne Aufpreis schon den ganzen Tag vor Ort sein - ein Segen mit zwei Kleinkindern und einer Hochschwangeren. Unterm Strich war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen!

Lovely villa, in secluded location. Has a wonderful front garden with good sized pool. BBQ area was nice in good weather. We’re few issues with ants throughout property, this is likely due to location and large garden but was a worry leaving out food. Amenities; WiFi (not great but is there) tv, washing machine, iron, bbq area, dishwasher and oven. Property Could do with a bit of a refresh, beds not really comfortable but they do the job. As large garden you need mosquito repellent. Grounds man/caretaker good very helpful. Location is to get to pollenca and alcudia 50km to airport. Recommended for someone wanting to be away from it all, on reflection not great for teens. Except very close to fantasy paintball. Nice villa and good hosts

Pretty , spacious and quiet

As we drove to the entrance of Pins we could not believe how pretty , spacious , quiet and lucky we were to be spending a week there. The house was pretty big , clean and having 2 bathrooms was a real luxury on a holiday for 4. The area is stunning , with large hills in the distance behind the house and a long , quiet residential road to the front. The villa and gardens cover a large,private space so we felt we were getting a lot for our money....even our own pool which was large enough for a proper swim every morning. It really was perfect and no fuss about arriving /departing...just a key code. Only problem was rain for the first 3 days... but luckily it improved !

zuerst einmal möchten wir sagen das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ein paar Tips zur Verbesserung möchten wir dennoch anbringen. Da es sehr viele Ameisen gibt ,die nicht stören wenn keine Essbaren Sachen da sind wäre es toll verschliessbare Dosen/Schüsseln zu haben.Wir haben alles in den Kühlschrank gepackt (selbst Kakaopulver) weil der dicht war ...im Bad wären ein paar Handtuchhalter toll.Der Platz für Klamotten war sehr begrenzt - haben aus dem Koffer gelebt...nicht jeder ist so unkompliziert ;-)...Die Küchenutensilien könnten besser sein..."
