This newly renovated detached house offers the best of both the sea and the mountains, with plenty of trails to explore and many places to discover and visit.

This two-story detached house was renovated in 2020. The entrance opens onto a covered terrace, where you can also dine and relax in the evening. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a half-bath, the kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking—including a refrigerator, electric stove, and dishwasher—and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, connected to the living room, there is another bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms—one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed.

Guests have access to the entire house and the outdoor terrace. Free street parking is available.

A holiday in Magliolo is a unique opportunity to enjoy the beach, spend cool evenings in the mountains, go for walks, relax, ride bikes, savour delicious food at the renowned pizzeria La Genovese, enjoy the pool, and much more.
