Nice Apartment and Great Location
The apartment is in a good location across the Arno river from the city center near the Ponte alla Grazie bridge. There are many shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk. There is a bus stop a few steps away from the apartment entrance.
The queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another room were comfortable. Both rooms were separate and private from one another.
The kitchen was clean and equipped for light meals. There was a table with four chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen and rooms are spacious for urban Italian standards.
The only inconvenience in the bathroom was the lack of basic toiletries such as hand soap or shower gel.
Communication about check in was not good in the few days leading up to the stay. We had to initiate check in instructions through the host company's website, but once we established a connection with the local team the communication improved and was good.
