A lovely recently refurbished three bedroomed home in the beautiful village of Bosham, with a private rear garden and outdoor dining. Private parking with space for paddle boards or a small boat, perfect for the watersports enthusiast. Bosham Harbour and Saxon church are a short walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and a pretty pub overlooking the water. This is a perfect location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event.

This is a pretty end of terrace home in the popular harbour village of Bosham. The house has 1 King size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. There is one newly refurbished bathroom and a downstairs loo. The sitting room is bright and airy with comfortable sofas. This leads on to the dining area which has large French doors to the rear private patio garden area.

There is private parking for two cars round the back of the property. The village of Bosham itself is perfect for walking around or there is a car park down near the water front. Buses stop nearby taking passengers to nearby Chichester or to Portsmouth. 1 mile away is Bosham Train Station for trains to Chichester, Portsmouth, Brighton and London.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

* Pets allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs, nor leave them unattended in the property.
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.
