Mazury And Krutynia River - Modern 100 Year Old Barn

Welcome to 'Stodoła' our 100-year-old barn that was originally used on this farm to store hay.
Recently, we have decided to convert this little old gem into a guest house for everyone to enjoy.
Today the barn has a spacious patio and beautiful views of the neighbouring fields - perfect for relaxing.
We have carefully furnished the space so you can have the comforts of your home on a holiday. From here you can explore the best Mazury has to offer.
The space
We have carefully designed the space and fitted it with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay.
Here you will find:
Ground floor:
A huge lounge space with an open plan kitchen. Relax on the couch and enjoy your favourite show or sink into a comfortable lounge chair and read your favourite book by the fire.
When you get hungry, you can cook a delicious meal in the kitchen or enjoy a sausage from the outdoor BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. In the cupboards, you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
We have also added a toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. We provide coffee beans, tea bags and sugar.
Downstairs also has a small bathroom.
Patio:
Enjoy your afternoons on the patio while sipping a glass of wine and taking in the views.
Cook a meal on the BBQ or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit with friends and family.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 - spacious ensuite. Fitted with a double bed, memory foam mattress and satin linen for comfortable night sleep.
We have added a memory foam pillow for a more comfortable sleep.
You can also watch your favourite Netflix show from the bed.
The bedroom has an attached bathroom with a rain shower.
Bedroom 2 - spacious double room.
Fitted with memory foam mattresses and satin linen for comfortable night sleep.

Office space - If you need to catch on your work or send an email, we have added a dedicated workspace. We understand that work is important too.
Other things to note
Please note that the property is not suited for small children. The property is split into two levels and has a quite steep staircase.
Sorry but we can't accept pets.
Other important information:

The cottage is located on private, fenced property in the village of Osiniak-Piotrowo. Considering the fact that we are in the middle of the village, we have all its charms, including flies and mosquitoes on warm days. Our neighbors also work hard during the day so noises are possible.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful house with excellent hosts

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous in perfectly idyllic rural surroundings, so many outdoor seatings that we could hardly use them all. The hosts were nice and Sabina have us so many tips what to do in advance. It was a perfect vacation and we will definitely come back.

Wonderful barn

We had a great time in a nice surrounding. The holiday home was beautifully furnished, we had a lot of space inside and outside. Obviously the owner prepared everything with love for all the details.

Lovely place to relax

We enjoyed a great time in this nice and clean house. Every piece of furniture was carefully selected by the owners to make it a well-designed home. The house is very spacious and offers a lot of possibilities to sit together in the evening. The veranda has a large roof, such that we could eat outside even in the case of rain. We also were allowed to use the large garden. The only downside was the noise from the neighbour, who daily worked with circular saw or chainsaw.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten: überdachte Veranda, großer Garten mit vielen Blumen, Spül- und Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten in luftigen Schlafzimmern, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern. Von außen wunderschöne alte Scheune, innen modern, sehr sauber und geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die nebenan wohnen. Tolle Lage fürs Kanufahren auf der Krutynia. Schöner versteckter See zum abendlichen Baden in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Scheunenromantik

Wir haben unseren kurze Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Eine 100jährige Scheune von aussen, ein *****- Ferienhaus von innen. Es fehlt nichts. Alles tip top sauber und modern. Man kann sowohl innen als auch aussen mit oder ohne Überdachung sitzen und die herrliche Landluft genießen. Wir haben uns bei Sabina sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist eine liebe, fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Ideal für 2-4 Personen!!!

Traumhaus im Nirgendwo der Masuren

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der toll umgebauten Scheune. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die Lage ausgezeichnet, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Für die 'vorlauten' Hähne, Kühe und Hunde hat Sabina, die Vermieterin, ein probates Mittel. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Und man ist mitten in der masurischen Seenplatte: Wandern, Radfahren, Kanu, Segel, alles ist in der Nähe. Wir haben uns in das Haus und die Umgebung verliebt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

although I do tend to travel a lot, I will always
try and make your stay as comfortable as
possible. As a travel blogger and a Digital
Nomad, I understand how important a good
nights sleep is in a new place. I have tried to
equip the place with all the amenities I would
like to see in a rental place, but if you are
missing something, please do not hesitate to
ask.

what it is today.
