Excellent, convenient accommodation

Absolutely everything we needed..Excellent facilities and equipment. Really convenient location and most importantly in Filey allocated parking space. I'm sure we will be back and already recommended to two friends.

Excellent

We’ve stayed many times which goes to show that we love it.Spotlessly clean throughout the Flat and the Building.Excellent location for the Shops,Cafes and Pubs.Not to mention the Seafront and Gardens.Parking is easy at the back of the Flats.

Comfortable and perfect location

Great location, clean and well done apartments in Filey. Private parking is great and we were very comfortable there for our week away.

Feeling relaxed!

We loved everything about this apartment, the location, the facilities, even the seagulls. Because of all this we were able to relax for all of our stay. Nothing!

Affordable luxury

Well furnished , well appointed apartment in a central location. Very clean and modern. The addition of shower wash and shampoo and tea and coffee was very welcome. There is not really much to improve on . The bed linen and towels could have smelled a little fresher. But they were clean.

All one could wish for!

Great location - comfy king size bed - modern kitchen facilities. 2 large screen televisions. Good shower ( 2 options for shower head) . Welcome addition of cooling tower fan. Dedicated car parking space. In fact everything we could have wished for!

I had a very enjoyable stay here. The flat was beautifully set up with clean new furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. Even had thoughtful useful items in the hall cupboard. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped, the best accommodation we’ve stayed in in Filey The only criticism is that the plug for the hair drier was too far from the mirror so difficult to style my hair

It's become a little home from home

Everything is so easy. All we do is put our clothes away in the wardrobe, the food basics in the fridge and we're ready to roll! The apartment is always spotlessly clean, bed linen and towels of high quality and it's so central we can fall into No.30 for breakfast!
