Super Haus und Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Kinder habe den Pool geliebt. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist optimal, warme Baguettes fürs Frühstück gibt es in der Nähe. Nur die Betten in 2 Zimmern waren recht unbequem.;) Ansonsten können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Elternzeit in einem Traumdomizil

Wir waren insgesamt knapp 7 Wochen in diesem Objekt,um unsere Elternzeit zu genießen.Das Haus ist wirklich der Wahninn,hier und da ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber genau deswegen versprüht es noch ein wenig mehr Charme,um ehrlich zu sein.Der Außenbereich ist eine 10 von 10 und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft!Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war schnell,direkt und zuverlässig.Wir würden zu 100% wiederkommen! Ganz klare Empfehlung!

7 fantastic days at a superb villa

My family of 8 just had 7 fantastic days at the lovely property. Its a shame our stay wasn't longer. The villa was well equipped and has a fabulous pool which the children never wanted to leave. Juan Manuel was a brilliant host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The villa is situated in a lovely little town with a supermarket and restaurants within a short 5 minute walk. I can recommend the chill out bar. It has a lovely atmosphere and great food. If you have hire car, the towns of Alcudia, Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollenca offer plenty of amenities and are only a short drive away. I would recommend anyone who is considering holidaying in this away to stay in the property.

Super expérience dans cette villa très bien située et avec une piscine sécurisée.

Très bonne expérience dans cette villa. Nos 4 enfants, de 2 à 13 ans, se sont régalés dans la piscine sécurisée. La villa est grande, bien décorée. On se sent vraiment à l'aise. 2 très belles plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds et Alcudia à même pas 5 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous avons eu des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être loin de la foule des touristes et pourtant nous étions près de tout (bars, restaurants, lieux de visites, ...). Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Majorque et c'est beaucoup grâce à la villa de Juan Manuel.

urlaub mit der familie

Das perfekte Domizil für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern perfekt untergebracht. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und liegt zentral. Der schöne Pool wurde von uns oft genutzt. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 min. Dort befindet sich eine kleine Badebucht, auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Supermarkt und Apotheke sind auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und sehr schnell. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder mieten. Dankeschön

Villa très agréable et bien placée

Une villa spacieuse, bien équipée, proche de la mer et à partir de laquelle on peut rayonner facilement sur l'est, le nord et le sud de Majorque. La piscine et la terrasse sont un vrai plus pour les fins de journée. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, réactifs et attentionnés.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wie waren mit 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) Mitte bis Ende Juli 2018 in diesem tollen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleines Pünktchen Abzug gibt es, weil die Betten doch sehr unbequem waren. Das lag wohl am Alter der Betten/Matratzen. Da könnte eine kleine Matratzenerneuerung Abhilfe schaffen. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo es morgens ab 9 Uhr Brötchen/ Baguettes zu kaufen gibt. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, konnten wir die Umgebung super erkunden. Wir können dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Mit kleinen Einschränkungen zu empfehlen

Grundsätzlich eine gute Unterkunft leider mit teils defekten Möbeln. In einem Schlafzimmer waren bereits Flecken von Feuchtigkeit an der Wand. Dadurch ein muffiger Geruch. Leider war bei der Ankunft das Geschirr und die Kleiderschränke nicht sauber. Mussten wir dann machen. Aufgrund unangenehmer Gerüche konnten die Kleiderschränke nicht in allen Räumen genutzt werden. Der Vermieter wurde umgehend drauf hingewiesen und wollte mit dem Reinigungspersonal reden. Entschuldigt hat er sich auch. Ich denke das dies nicht mehr vorkommt. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und die Anlage mit Terrasse und Pool war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht und auch die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Der kleine Supermarkt in der Nähe hat alles was man benötigt und die Cocktailbar ist zu empfehlen. Unterm Strich war es ein schöner Urlaub und es hat uns gut gefallen.

Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten, die vdes bezüglich des Hauses geäußert hat. Wahrscheinlich hätte seine vorweggenommene Ankunft in Bezug auf den Zeitpunkt der Einreise dazu führen können, dass die Reinigung nicht so durchgeführt wurde, wie es hätte sein sollen, und die Putzfrauen waren vor der Stunde abgereist. In Bezug auf die Schränke und die Luftfeuchtigkeit, bedenken Sie, dass es sich um ein Gebiet sehr nahe am Meer handelt und dieses Gefühl offensichtlich ist, obwohl es diesbezüglich keine Beschwerden von anderen Kunden erhalten hat. Der Innenraum wurde vor einem Jahr erneuert von allen Kabinetten, um diese Wahrnehmung zu vermeiden. Wir werden versuchen, aus unseren Fehlern zu lernen und zu verbessern. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Wonderful family holiday!

The villa was ideal for our family group of eight. It was comfortable and well equipped with a lovely pool. The area was very peaceful but with a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. One if the highlights was the local beach Platja de Son Pere which was just perfect - clean soft sand with shallow water, good views and a handy beach bar. The only reason not to give five stars was an ongoing problem with the electricity cutting off. Juan, however, always responded immediately to sort out any problems.

We had a trouble last three weeks because the electric company has changed the conditions without notify with a new remote-controlled meter , and apply a limitation of instantaneous power .We are modifying the contract and hope than this week we dispose a higher electric power. Wunderschönes Haus in Mal Pas-Bonaire

Wir verbrachten 11 wunderschöne Tage in Alcudia mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terasse mit Pool sind kaum zu übertreffen. Eine gemütliche Chillecke, genügend Liegen und ein großer, sauberer Pool. Der Kontakt zu Juan Manuel war wirklich gut. Sowohl vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts. Stets wurden unsere Anfragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Es war definitiv der bisher schönste Mallorca-Aufenthalt (und wir hatten einige :-)). Uns hat es jedenfalls so gut gefallen, dass wir überlegen das Haus nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen.

Amazing rental property!

Amazing house which very comfortably slept our family of 6. The swimming pool was the cleanest we have ever used. All amenities were clean and the host Juan Manuel was very helpful during our stay. Wish we could stay longer and we would love to come back!

Ett fantastiskt boende där både vuxna och barn trivs

Det börjar med ett fantastiskt bra bemötande från husägaren, vilket genast ger oss en positiv bild av vistelsen. Denna positiva bild kvarstår under hela veckan, där vi med lätthet når ägaren, för frågor. Det är knappast nödvändigt då boende är mycket bra och välutrustat, på alla sätt Hälsar //Christer

Stort och rymligt kök med allt man behöver , fina badrum o härlig uteplats med både sol o skugga Härligt läge med stora o och välplanerade rum med 5 plus på det. Poolen var lite halvsmutsig nästan äcklig , det flöt runt lite smuts och om man måste gnälla mer så var grillen lite risig Bemötandet av ägaren innan o under vistelsen var kanon ( via mail o sms ) och dottern som tog emot oss o visade runt i huset och tipsade om restauranger o olika stränder och hjälpte till med beställning av taxi var också 5 plus Bra läge och nära till den lokala helt suveräna stranden Vi kan tänka oss att hyra igen och tipsa om huset till vänner o bekanta PS Baren Chill Out var grym

Super Finca

Wir bedanken uns bei Juan & Mercedes für den freundlichen Empfang. Die Finca lässt bei der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimaanlagen sind so leise, dass man diese getrost über Nacht im Schlafzimmer laufen lassen kann und man hört nichts. Super. 3 kleine Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig in 5 min. zu erreichen, auch eine Tauchschule ist dort.. Ansonsten mit dem Auto Richtung Alcudia Altstadt (ca. 7 min.), hier kann man super Essen gehen und bummeln oder Richtung Alcudia "Strand" ca. 10 min. (Richtung "Bettenburgen"), dort findet man neben zahlreichen Restaurants auch einen Lidl. Summa Summarum war es ein sehr schöner und geruhsamer Urlaub, auch wenn zum Stand doch besser ist mit dem Auto zufahren. Richtung Alcudia Strand gibt es auch Abschnitte mit Pinien, die hervorragend Schatten spenden. Wir werden sicherlich hier noch häufiger Urlaub machen und diese Finca buchen. Sie ist ein TRAUM.
