MIRELLA - Fantastic apartment with shared pool near the beach. Free WIFI.

Enjoy an amazing beach vacation in this beautiful apartment located 290 meters from the beach in Port de Pollença. It has a shared pool and capacity for 4 people.
The complex in which the apartment is located offers a large 9 x 5 meter chlorine pool with a constant depth of 1.70 meters. Around it you will find several sun loungers and an outdoor shower so that you can wash off the salt and sand before going up to the apartment. It has a charming 7 m2 terrace where you can have a drink and relax at nightfall.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and shows a comfortable and modern style. The dining room is equipped with TV, AC and a table for 5 people. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds and a fan. Moreover, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

Port de Pollença is a coastal family and quality destination. The apartment is located a few meters from the sandy beach and from there a fantastic walk begins until you reach the center of the port and its unique promenade full of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. A visit to the town of Pollença is a must to get to know the Mallorcan traditions and customs. Other nearby places of interest are the viewpoint and the beach of Formentor, the medieval town of Alcúdia or Playas de Muro.

Tuvimos una gran visita a este apartamento, ¡gracias! Era tal y como se describe y un lugar encantador con todo lo que necesitábamos disponible, ¡y mucho más! La nevera, las losas frías y las cosas de playa fueron muy útiles para los días de excursión. Nos encantó el balcón para sentarnos y el aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de techo en el interior también. El apartamento está a pocos pasos de la playa y también tiene una piscina tranquila, así como buenos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. El puerto de Porta Pollença y la zona de la plaza principal están un poco más lejos, pero se puede ir andando (unos 30 minutos más o menos) o hay taxis. Recomiendo el ferry a Formentor, ¡es precioso! ¡Disfrutamos mucho nuestro viaje!

Die Wohnung ist fabelhaft. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist sehr sehr gut. Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos. Es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Ort Port de Pollenca ist sehr schön. In ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Hafen mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Bars und kleinen Läden. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Haben uns direkt in die Gegend und das Örtchen verliebt. Wir (2 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese Wohnung, welche zu einem tollen Urlaub maßgeblich beigetragen hat.

Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Reagiert schnell auf Mitteilungen und gibt Tipps für Orte und Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen Homerti und insbesondere die Wohnung Mirella in Port de Pollenca sehr gerne weiter.

4.5* Very comfortable and mostly very quiet. Would be happy to stay again. Oh, ample street parking if you use a car. We used TransUnion shuttle coach who drop off and collect from behind the nearby Cabot Hobby. Only occasional loud neighbours, bin lorries, building works across square as in any residential block, but generally lovely & quiet. Well equipped flat. Decent shower & double basins. Neat utility area just off well equipped kitchen. Lift is useful. We didn't visit or use the pool. Only dropped half star as we are accustomed to larger balconies & roof terraces with views. As listed, just one small balcony with tight seating for two people. Thank you!

Our only comments would be the bedrooms and bathroom are separated with sliding doors so we felt there was a lack of privacy. We could also hear other guests next door as there were gaps in the bedrooms doors so didn’t block out any noise coming through from outside. We thought the host was really helpful though for checking in and out.

Everything was in walking distance and nice to be within a short distance of the beach but off the main drag. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and a local shop. We had everything we needed, and more! The shared pool was lovely and very quiet during our stay . The owners were great and contactable if we needed them. Would definitely recommend.

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen sehr gelungenen Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr schönen und sauberen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Strand und die Promenade sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment

This property is homely, comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need on holiday, from a sewing kit to a bucket and spade! The location is perfect as it’s just a short walk to the sandy beach and local supermarket. There are several excellent restaurants locally too. The pool is a good size and the pool area is a great sun trap. We would love to stay here again.
