The mountains are calling and you must go!

Our vacation home is nestled quietly in the Keystone Tennis Club across Highway 6 from the Keystone Lodge. This 2-story end-unit with its own outside entrance and private deck has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. You’re perfectly situated less than 2 miles and on the FREE shuttle route to River Run Resort, a 5-minute drive to Lake Dillon, 6 miles to Arapahoe Basin, and less than 20 minutes to the heart of Breckenridge.

On the main level is the living room (with it's 2 walls of windows), den, dining room, powder room, and kitchen which is stocked with (admittedly bad) coffee and all necessary cookware. There's also a Washer/Dryer (though you must provide your own detergent). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 with a King bed, 1 with a Queen bed & twin bunk beds) and 2 full bathrooms (1 en suite to the Master). Both bedrooms also brag walls of windows -- and there's nothing better than waking up to a view of the mountains!

When you're not shredding the Slopes, spend your time exploring the local shops and restaurants (The Goat is our favorite local bar) and, depending on the season, hiking and biking the hundreds of nearby trails, paddle boarding on Lake Dillon, ice-skating at the Lodge, riding horses at Keystone Stables, golfing on the local award-winning courses, and/or taking in the stunning scenery from the gondola rides.

We're on Keystone's FREE internal shuttle route. There are 2 Silver Route stops less than 50 yards away in our upper parking lot that take you to Mountain House Base Area. And just across Highway 6 at the Lodge & Spa (connected by an underground walking tunnel) is the Red Route that takes your directly to River Run Resort with it's large variety of shopping and dining. The shuttles run every 20 minutes during ski season and on-demand the rest of the year. It's so convenient that your kids (or wife!) won't complain about the walk, you don't have to mess with parking, and you certainly don't have to worry about driving after enjoying a few drinks apres skiing/hiking/shopping/dining. (We've never had issue finding a Lyft or Uber, either.)

When you're done exploring the local area, head back to splash in our heated community outdoor pool, sit in the hot tub and sauna, read a book on your private deck, play board games (we have a wide variety on the shelves) at the large dining room table, or even pop in an old-school DVD.

Book with us and we'll share our favorite local hangouts (other than the Goat already mentioned), provide detailed information about other shopping/conveniences in the area, and answer any questions that you might have. Our goal is for your stay to be easy, one-of-a-kind and a memorable one. And as we, ourselves, spend as much time as possible in our condo and have thus made it pretty homey, we trust that your stay will be an extremely comfortable one.

We have an awesome local Property Manager/Handyman and Housekeeper who are available should you need additional on-site assistance or, heaven-forbid, if anything goes wrong. (Be assured that to date, nothing more than a slightly clogged toilet has been reported.)

Pets unfortunately are not allowed (but be advised that the owners do have dogs).

Why Justin and Marcia Nelson chose Keystone

We bought the condo to be our convenient and comfortable escape from Suburbia. No longer do we have to fight weekend/holiday traffic coming and going to our favorite resorts. After enjoying it solely ourselves for over a year, we started renting when we have family conflicts/youth sporting events in the City.

What makes this townhome unique

We immediately fell in love with this unit's open, airy layout. Being an end-unit facing the mountains, there are breathtaking views from virtually every room. Walls of windows let in so much sun! We're a short (down-hill walk) to the community outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. This comes only at the small expense of being slightly farther from the upper FREE and unassigned parking lot.

There is no in-unit telephone -- you gotta bring your mobile/cell. As noted above, the fireplace has a safety "feature" which means it automatically turns off when the room gets too hot. This feature cannot be overridden and does not mean the fireplace is broken.

This HOME is one of the best, cleanest, well stocked places we have ever stayed. The owners and staff are very responsive- we asked for an extra key and it was handled quickly. There were four of us, very comfortable and very convenient to the slopes. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Townhouse!

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect place for my husband, myself, and our 3 kids. The location was PERFECT! The shuttle buses ran super close to the townhouse, and it was a quick drive over to Mountain House in our rental car. The townhouse was clean, and that was very important to us. The owners allowed us to check in early, which was great because our flight landed well before normal check-in time. The maintenance guy was wonderful as well, he was there shoveling snow off of the patio for us when we got back one afternoon. We'd definitely stay here again!
