Lovely one bed flat with large open plan lounge/kitchen area with comfy sofa and TV will full Sky Q package/Ultrafast internet (500+ Mbps). Located in leafy Wandsworth. Excellent transport links, only a few minutes walk to Wandsworth Town station or East Putney tube with links to Waterloo, Paddington and Victoria. Very close to Chelsea, Wimbledon and Oxford Circus/Soho. A short walk to the River Thames and a host of lovely pubs, dinner spots, shops and cinema right on the door step. Can give lots of recommendations!

Wonderful 2 week stay! The apartment felt incredibly spacious with room to cook, do laundry, relax, and even entertain friends. One of the highlights was the location — a grocery store directly across the street and a shopping mall with pharmacies, clothing stores, and restaurants just across the other. Despite being so close to a major bus stop (with routes straight into the city), the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal base for exploring London.The host was friendly and super responsive, plus the welcome treats of cheese and prosecco were such a thoughtful touch — we enjoyed them thoroughly while watching the Guy Fawkes fireworks from our front-row vantage point. A memorable and comfortable stay!

Nice flat in Wandsworth

Very neat and comfortable apartment has everything you need. Located in a modern building very conveniently located. Lately it seems that online pictures of STRs look much better than the unit turns out to be. This one was actually better. Host Colin was most helpful and concerned for our needs. Highly recommended

Wandsworth

We based ourselves in Wandsworth to explore London from. Easy transport, plenty of shops nearby. The flat was great for a couple. Enjoyed being able to open the windows and the view was lovely.

This is an exceptional property -- absolutely quiet and filled with light. (And, yes, the bed is excellent!) Two major supermarkets are at close proximity, and it is relatively easy to commute to downtown (I found the best connection to be the train from Wandsworth Town to Waterloo Station). The restaurant offerings are more limited - my best find was the Pad Thai Story restaurant on Old York Road, close to the Wandsworth Town train station. Though the owner was readily available, it would have been easier to get the necessary information if he were able to meet me in person or at least leave the relevant information (Where is everything in the apartment? What are the shopping and commuting options? What to do upon checkout?) in a written document in the apartment.

Catching up with friends

Overall ok. The cleanliness could have been better in our opinion. We needed to unblock the shower drain which was easily handled by us but may be annoying to others. Some other surface cleaning was needed. Well stocked kitchen and a nice gesture was the welcome cheese, crackers and cold Prosecco.

Cute place! Nice location!

The flat is cute and is in a great location. We were so close to anything we needed! Being residents of Arizona, we are used to air conditioning, so we had a little trouble sleeping at night. There are two tower fans, but they aren’t quite strong enough to keep the air circulating throughout the whole flat. We left the windows open all day since it was so warm. The cupboards are full of dry goods, so check there before heading over to Sainsbury. We also had trouble with the washer/dryer not drying our clothes. It was probably a user error though, so if your an American, ask for help. All in all, we had a lovely time in London, despite the heat, and enjoyed our stay at the flat. Our host was very responsive.

Great find

The owner Colin makes you feel very welcome from answering all your questions promptly to stocking the fridge with milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has the added bonus of having a coffee pod machine, washing machine and lift in the block. I highly recommend Colin’s apartment for your next stay in London.

Just as expected

We were very happy with our stay at this rental. It was very comfortable for the three of us, which consisted of one adult and two teenage children. My daughters slept on the queen sized bed in the bedroom and I took the pullout sofa in the living room, which was surprisingly comfortable. The location of the flat was ideal for us. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stops close by also. We enjoyed exploring London with this flat as our base. The only complaint I would have is that the internet upload speed was horrible. It took over 8 hours to upload a few dozen photos to my cloud storage. Overall, we loved our stay and would rent here again. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to London!

A very New and fine flat. We were 4 adults, it was not bad, but is ideal for 2 people, top 3. You can take a bus to Victoria Station, 40 min. Fridge is small, but good enough. Internet signal was poor. Un general it was good, good location.

Great place to stay in London

This apartment is a great place for one or two people. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet and the location is perfect for grocery shopping and accessing public transportation.Our stay at this property was fantastic.

Great stay at London Southfields

The flat is nice with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture is ample and relatively new. Location is close to bus, railway and underground station is 10-15mins ride away by bus. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive.

The appartment is well located, close to public transportation. We were able to easily get to the top attractions. The flat itself has everything you might need and more! Great Stay

We stayed for a week in this flat on our visit to London. This was my first time booking on Vrbo so I was a bit nervous but we had a great experience. Our check-in was very easy Collin have very detailed directions. The location was great very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a movie theatre. The bed was so comfortable. The place was great and had everything we needed and was in a very quiet area. It is very easy to get anywhere since there are many bus routes within a two-minute walking distance.

Good location and communication

We enjoyed our week in London and the location of this Flat made it easy to access the city as well as having good amenities nearby. Colin is quick to help with questions. It is a comfortable Flat for two people and was easy to access. The Flat could use a deep down cleaning but on the surface was adequate.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment is just like described. It comfortable in a nice secure area. You can easily get on a bus or underground train and get around London. The area the flat is in has many shops and restaurants near by.
