Everything was perfect for my husband and I! Location, size, accommodations, and all of the above. I unfortunately had to work a little remotely while visiting and even the Wi-Fi was excellent! Loved all the nice touches of books, games, puzzles, cookbook- we did cook a couple times and the kitchen was stocked very well with all the necessities. We hope to come back and stay again sometime next year! Thank you again for letting us stay! No complaints, just sad to leave!

Great central Seagrove Beach location. Beachcrest— clean, renovated, and beach-ready!We had a wonderful stay at this Seagrove Beach rental on 30A. The home was spotless when we arrived, and the recent renovations really show — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The two beach chairs included with the rental were a nice bonus and made our beach days easy.The location is hard to beat. Seagrove sits right in the heart of 30A, so you can head east toward Rosemary Beach for tons of restaurant options or west for more great beaches and restaurants — it’s a perfect central spot for exploring the whole stretch. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this condominium in Seaside. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation from the moment we arrived. The host was responsive, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.One of the highlights was the convenient beach access. The beach was beautiful, and being just a short walk away made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and all the local amenities that make Seaside such a great destination.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach vacation.

We have been to 30a 8 times in the last 10 years. We actually like Seagrove the most because it seems to be the most convenient This condo was perfect. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and the view was amazing. Pat the owner was also very easy to communicate with over email. All in all another wonderful trip to the beach.

This property was perfect for our family! Great location, amazing balcony view, clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped for our needs! Great restaurants close by as well as a Publix! Our girls loved walking to get ice cream nearby each evening! Pat (the host) was very nice and accommodating! We will be back!!

I would highly recommend others to visit this beachfront property. We just returned and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as described, along with being very clean. We brought several of our own pans, baking sheets, etc. However, when we got there, we realized we really overpacked because all we could want was already there. The beach was also clean and a small amount of people were there even though it was Memorial Day weekend. The 2 chairs and umbrella were wonderful additions also. If you are looking for a laid back area, clean beachfront condo, and a wonderful inexpensive getaway, I would not think twice about booking this property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach views are phenomenal and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to café 30A across the street, the perfect pig, Seagrove market Café, and even a convenience store. You are a very close drive to all the other locations on 30A as well. The bed was comfortable and the unit was well equipped for what we needed.

My husband and I live in Illinois. We have 4 grandbabies and 3 children. We have done a lot of travelling in our 46 years of marriage and found Seagrove Beach to be our 'favorite spot' when deciding to buy a 'home away from home' . The white sandy beaches and the aqua waters always amaze us. Beachcrest is the kind of place you want to take your family and feel safe everywhere you go. Last Easter we spent there with our children and grandchildren and had a picnic on the beach. There is so much to do in the area and yet we find such serenity and peace there.....with not having to even leave our balcony. Seagrove Beach is a very quiet spot and only 1 mile from the lovely cottage community of Seaside (providing lots of things to do). With Destin and Panama City (either one is less than 20 minutes away) being so close........it also offers lots of activity if you want to 'explore' those areas while you are here. SEASIDE is only a mile away and we bike there (and Watercolor and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and Watersound Beach) all the time and Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain are also very close. I could just go on and on about the area.......but you must come and visit to really see the beauty of it all. AND ONCE YOU VISIT....YOU WILL RETURN (I PROMISE YOU THAT). THIS CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE FIFTH FLOOR.

We decided to buy a condo at Seagrove Beach because of all it has to offer. We wanted something right on the Gulf Waters without all the people and yet everything at the tip of our fingers. (sound impossible?) well, we found it!!!! Seagrove is located right in between Panama City Beach and Destin (both very busy places).....and we can just walk to Seaside (which offers so much to do and see). BUT SEAGROVE IS QUIET and you can truly have such peace and serenity there. Our balcony is one of our favorite spots and the beach is at our fingertips. We love watching the dolphins and looking for sea shells.

SEAGROVE BEACH IS THE BEST FOR OFFERING LOTS OF THINGS TO DO................BUT FEELING THE DESIRE TO DO NOTHING AT ALL. I would have to say just being right on the water with the sliders open to the ocean air is really something everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing in their lifetimes. Having your morning coffee on the balcony is absoutely delightful !!! Being there sure makes 'being in the kitchen' much more pleasureable with the view of the water!! It is so easy to find (right on 30A) and cannot be beat for 'quality' in every sense of the word...........ONCE YOU VISIT BEACHCREST AT SEAGROVE BEACH.......YOU WILL RETURN !! I PROMISE YOU THAT !!
