This three bedroom, two bath condominium is beautifully decorated and equipped to meet almost all of your vacation needs. Ocean front with completely unobstructed gulf views from both the living room and the master bedroom. Free beach service included with 2 chairs/1 umbrella. Standard reservations are Saturday to Saturday.

Crystal Dunes is a gated community with amenities including pool, hot tub, barbecue area, community room and more! Located in Destin proper and centrally located to Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track, Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Factory Stores (the largest name brand outlet mall in the nation) and many golf courses. Very close to the beach communities of the famous Highway 30-A where the movie 'The Truman Show' was filmed.

The Beach view from our spacious balcony was unobstructed and awesome. Great for sunrise and sunset as well as all day long enjoying the gulf view and sounds. The pool was delightful. The secure parking lot was comforting. The location was perfect and convenient. And most of all, the host, DJ, was the most accommodating host we have ever experienced in our many years of travel.

Perfect vacation

Room was clean and exactly as represented by the photos. Perfect location for the beach and restaurants. Was quiet and peaceful on our private section of the beach. Host communicated well and we had absolutely no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the private beach and that the room comes with two beach chairs, awesome! The water was so pretty! It is located near any shopping you would need or want. Very nice trip!

Property was great. Communication with owner was best we ever had! Weather was beautiful! The only negative was the 3rd bedroom had no television and we needed that for the kids. Overall one of the best vacations we have had.

Spring Break

We said all week how impressed we were with the unit. It may not be the fanciest, but it was exactly what we needed and it was clean and comfortable. So roomy for the money. Love the gated entrance and the pool. We’ll definitely be back.

My two sisters & I loved this condo on the 4th floor. Wonderful view of white sand beach that we walked each day. We ate lunch on the deck & often read out there while watching the beach. The condo was spacious & our 2 week stay went way too fast! We recommend The Back Porch restaurant & don't miss the aquarium on Wed.

Week at the beach

Wonderful place to stay! Located on the Gulf. Beach setup included. Had everything you needed for a week away from home. We have stayed at Crystal Dunes numerous times over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed! If you are looking for a relaxing time to visit you may want to stay away from the first 2 weeks in October. It is Fall Break and extremely busy (more so than we have ever seen in the past).

Great place to stay!

We had a great time this week! The condo was very clean with beautiful views. Beach access was great and had exceptional chair and umbrella service. Great location, as everything is right across the street. The only thing I would say is it says it sleeps 8 and we had 8. I had assumed it had a pull out couch but didn’t, so I had a kid sleeping on each couch. It worked for us but I would say it sleeps 6 because I don’t count a couch as a bed but maybe others do. Overall it was a great place!

Unit was nicely updated and clean. Building was old and tired. Only one of two elevators worked all week, pool was small - location was great. DJ was helpful in rental process and stay. Only thing I would suggest is updating the master bed mattress.

The view was amazing and the location was perfect for us. It is located closer to Henderson State Park which doesn't have as many beach goers, which we like. The unit was super clean and comfortable. It has a brand new washer and dryer. We loved that the master has a beautiful view of the ocean and the evening sunset. No complaints from us. We will stay again the next time we are in Destin. Mr. Darrell, was a pleasure to work with and prompt on answering any questions we had. We saw many dolphins everyday which was a plus. Thanks Mr Darrell for sharing your beautiful unit with us!

DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

We were first time visitors to Destin FL and to this property and unit. The Villa was perfect!!!! It was spotless and very roomy even when we had family visit and had 8 people in the unit. The beds are very comfortable and loved all the patio furniture as we spent most of our downtime out on the patio. Very close to everything, beach shops, restaurants etc. The units include 2 chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach every day with Villa # on them so that was very enjoyable. The value of the price was worth every Penny in our book because the beach in front of our building is private and monitored so it was only the folks staying in the building that could use this amazing beach!! We fell in love with Destin and the beach and would go back in a heartbeat!! The owner was very attentive and reached out personally before the trip and got to know us and why we were coming. Our son is stationed at Hurlbert so I thought that was going above and beyond. I would also recommend renting a car because there is so much to see and do. Thank you! The Felix Family

Perfection!

This was our first trip to Destin and Crystal Sands did not disappoint in the comfort of our stay! Our unit was very clean and appeared just as the pictures show. The view from the balcony was beautiful & just what we wanted! Check in was super smooth & DJ was quick to reply to any questions! We appreciate all his help and how informative he was. The beach chairs & umbrella’s was a major plus & we loved that there were bins with extra chairs, floats, and beach toys! The complex was very family friendly & quiet. It was just what we needed & we cannot wait to come back!

Amazing views!

The owner is amazingly helpful and keeps good communication. The view was everything I expected from the photos. It was nice that we had chairs abs an umbrella reserved and waiting on us on the private beach. It was not crowded at all and very pleasant and relaxing. We will be staying here again and just praying this is available for our next trip.

All around excellent!

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The elevators were quick and it was a very short walk from the condo door to be on the beach. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were waiting for us every morning. The young man that sets them up is very friendly and accommodating. We saw lots of dolphins from the patio and enjoyed seeing the lifeguards come in each morning at the public beach access next door. The condo beach area is private, providing plenty of space and is very well kept. There is a cute little cafe (Camille’s) just a block up where we could walk for morning coffee, lunch or a snack and drink. This is a great property with a safe and prime beachfront location! Enjoyed every minute of it!
