It is situated in an architectural complex called “Villa Folonari” just 20 meters from “I Delfini Beach Village” a very well equipped beach for families and childrens.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bright double bedroom, the large open space and the outdoor courtyard make it a truly magical place. In the open space you will find a modern kitchen and a soft sofa, which becomes a double bed if necessary. The apartment is air conditioned, has a brand new home automation system, Wi-Fi, TV and various games for children and a parking space just a few meters away from the house. The outdoor garden is what truly makes the apartment really unique.
