Dream away in Sint Maarten ....

You will stay at a small-scale holiday park in a beautiful, new holiday home in Sint Maarten in North Holland. The park is surrounded by greenery and next to two ponds. You can use a few nice facilities of the park, such as the outdoor swimming pool, a playground, a sports field and a jeu de boules court. The house has a nice garden and is fully equipped for 6 people. The beach and the sea are only 6 kilometers away, so bring your bikes!

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor you find the cozy living room with sitting area, TV and dining table, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink are also on the ground floor. Step out through the patio doors and enjoy the terrace and the garden with sauna. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor as well.

Surroundings

The holiday home is only 6 km remote from the beach and the sea, so do not forget your bike! The surroundings are quiet, wide and green and the park is located next to 2 small lakes. The golf course is only 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a tour through North Holland. Sint Maarten is the starting point of various walking routes. Explore the cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.

This house is only rented as a holiday home.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer guten Ausstattung, hinsichtlich der Grundreinigung allerdings optimierbar. Leider eines der wenigen Häuser in der Anlage, deren Außenbereich nicht umzäunt ist; die Fotos auf der Homepage und der gesetzte Filter ließen anderes vermuten. Hundebesitzer, die sich einen Zaun wünschen, sollten darauf achten. Mit Fahrrad und Auto sind die nächstgrößeren Ortschaften und Ausflugsziele problemlos zu erreichen. Es gibt einen gut organisierten Fahrradverleih auf dem Gelände, ebenso einen Brötchenservice, die Buchung erfolgt jeweils mittels QR-Code. Gäste mit einem größeren Familienauto könnten sich auf dem engen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus etwas schwer tun, jedoch gibt es an der Einfahrt zum Gelände (nicht weit entfernt) noch weitere Stellplätze, die besser angesteuert werden können. Stromanschlüsse für Elektrofahrzeuge sind vorhanden. An kühleren Tagen kann man sich in der hübschen Fass-Sauna hinter dem Haus aufwärmen und an wärmeren Tagen im kleinen Schwimmbad gegenüber abkühlen. Selbiges war Ende September allerdings nicht mehr in Betrieb. Resümee: Mit einigen kleinen Abzügen absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Anlage ist wirklich total süß gestaltet. Unser Haus befand sich direkt gegenüber vom Pool. Morgens gab es für die Kinder einen Schwimmkurs, Samstag ein Poolparty mit Süßigkeiten und einer kleiner Überraschung für 3 Euro. Der Strand an dem wir waren befand sich etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt und war einfach atemberaubend schön (bis auf die vielen Quallen zur Zeit). Das Meer hatte eine angenehme Badetemperatur.Die Fahrräder bzw auch E Bikes, die man sich von den Anlage dort ausleihen kann waren toll, wir hatten eine Menge Spaß und konnten viel entdecken.Die Ortschaften drum herum sind alle schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Leute dort super nett und grüßen alle.Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch reichlich vorhanden, auch Lidl und Aldi sind dabei.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen, es war ein gelungener Urlaub.
