ID VERIFICATION: To confirm your booking, we require a copy of your ID—just like a hotel check-in. This helps us verify your identity and ensure the guest who booked is the one staying.

If you’re unable to provide ID or follow the property rules, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the booking, as these requirements must be respected.

- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

- Quiet hours 20:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges £30 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off to get this organize with the cleaning team.

The location was very nice for our family. The connection to public transportation is very good. Communication with the landlord worked very well. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Great for families

Great and cost efficient for families visiting London- able to relax and take London at the Childrens pace. Close to the tube and kings cross. Worked really well for us. Clean and comfortable

Property was clean and happy with the stay. Gerda was very consistent to answering my questions and getting us settled. We had a minor emergency and she was amazing at helping resolve it.

Great for a big group

8 of us stayed and there was plenty of room. A good communal space for drinks and a bite to eat. Easy parking on the road close by at weekends. Only a 5 minute walk to the tube which is on the Piccadilly line so straight into Covent Garden or Leicester Square. We’d stay again.

Holloway - London property

We booked this property for a long weekend. In advance of our stay we had plenty of helpful communication from Gerda our host. Unfortunately the property was not ready by our checkin time and the housekeeper did not replenish bedding as required. Gerda liaised with us to resolve this issue and checked back with us to ensure all was ok and that we enjoyed our stay. We would return to this property as the location and outdoor seating area were great for our requirements.

Pros and Cons

I only searched for places with air conditioning and this place came up. We did not find out until arriving during a heat wave that there is no a/c. This would probably be fine if it wasn’t so hot but one of the bedrooms has no windows and was therefore unusable. We had to use the living room couch for sleeping instead. Also, the place could have been cleaner and we killed a number of spiders and other bugs, big and small. Cleaning products were available though so we did our own cleaning. We had to leave the windows open for air so the mosquitoes were pretty bad too but this would likely be true of most places in London. One other frustration was that the host did not respond to messages. We were told we would receive information on how to access the place about a week before but we did not. I continually messaged the host without any response. We were less than an hour from our checkin time before we finally received access information which was very stressful. We were not sure we were even going to have a place to stay upon arriving in London and this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. On the plus side, the place is spacious with 2 bathrooms and we really liked the quiet and convenient location.

Tav toegankelijkheid

Woning is met kleine scootmobiel toegankelijk. Bed was erg laag, suggestie gedaan voor hoger, steviger bed. Handgrepen bij toilet en douche zouden verbetering zijn, bij vervanging zou hoger toilet fijn zijn. Wat betreft geluid: geen verkeersgeluiden, erg fijn! Wel gehorig in patio, of met open ramen, tav bovenburen maar dat was maar paar keer. Stille straat, veel groen. De parkeerkaarten, die klaar lagen, moesten we in de auto leggen om 9.30.

The flat has been newly renovated (Nov 2021) to a luxury standard and new furniture has been installed. It's a relatively new build house in a very quiet and residential street - ideal for light sleepers.

The apartment is a one-story property with the full unit on the ground floor (so no need to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs). The building is incredibly safe and secure; it is guarded and only accessible with a gate key, and it is equipped with surveillance cameras that only record the area outside the residence (no cameras inside the property, your privacy is respected).

The remarkable thing about ‘Holloway’ (the area of the London Borough of Islington in which this apartment is situated), is that it's home to a variety of people from families who settle here for the quiet leafy streets and the pretty Victorian terraces. Despite all this the recent regeneration and gentrification, Holloway stills retain a certain retro charm, with old-fashioned markets, vintage shops, and traditional cafes perfect for everyone.
Local attractions include Arsenal's Emirates stadium, just 1 mile from doorstep to doorstep.

Holloway Road is only a 10-minute walk away and features many restaurants, bars and activities for leisure.

The world famous Camden Town is only a 15-minute journey on public transport.

Caledonian Road station is only an 10-minute walk and runs on the Piccadilly line.

Tourist hotspots are nearby - Madame Tussauds, British Museum & London's Regents Park.
