We offer for rent our new 140 m² gite, labeled 'Gîte de France 4 épis',' Meublé de tourisme 4 * 'and' Tourisme et handicap ', located in Sud-Finistère, near the beaches of Baie d' Audierne.
On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a relaxation area, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, shower room / WC and "games" corner

Great value for money

We stayed three days as part of a trip to Brittany with friends. Very well equipped with more than I expected. Cleanest gite I have stayed in. Very quiet and not too far to go to get provisions. Only down side was tge advertised hot tub not being available. Would definately stay there again.

Great place to stay for visiting lots of the area!

We had a great time at Eric's place, its so well looked after and in a lovely little secluded spot at the end of a lane which felt very relaxing. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sun, and very spacious rooms inside, bigger than the pictures show. We had everything we needed! Eric was such a lovely person to deal with, and the kids fell in love with the little sheep in the field next to us! Just lovely!

Idéal famille, environnement calme et bucolique, tout à proximité

Venus en famille pour un cours séjour pour un mariage dans les environs, nous avons apprécié tout de la location. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, parce qu'à côté du lieu du mariage, mais aussi à 5 min en voiture de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le cadre est magnifique, on a sympathisé avec les moutons d'à côté, les lits sont confortables, tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions, 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes, des grandes chambres, du rangements, un lieu convivial pour partager les repas, une cuisine bien équipée, un extérieur aménagé et joliment jardiné, tout est équipé "comme à la maison", aspirateur, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, un espace pour garer les voitures, j'en oublie surement, bref c'est un très chouette endroit. Le contact avec le propriétaire facile. Prévoyez le supplément pour le linge de maison et le ménage si vous êtes pressés pour votre départ (c'était notre cas). On a apprécié...

Perfekter Urlaub in idealer, ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht der Realitaet. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer viele Freizeitaktivitaeten und auch die taegliche Versorgung (Boulangerie. Restaurants usw.) ist mit Fahrrad oder Auto gut moeglich. Wir waren 3 Generationen im Haus und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Eric hat gut geklappt.

Très bon séjour au calme

Le séjour s est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est venu nous voir dès le jour de notre arrivée. La communication a été très bonne. La présence du poele a été très appréciée de toute la famille. La maison a été rénovée avec goût. Je recommande cette location très bien située.

Magnifique longère

ein Ferienhaus, mit Charme

Ein typisch bretonisches Haus, eingerichtet mit allem was man für 7 Personen braucht. Ein schöner Garten, grosser Parkplatz. Im Haus ist es gemütlich, mit einer funktionierenden Heizung. Wir waren nur zu zweit 3 Wochen im Haus. Strände und Restaurants in 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Metzgerei, Käse/ Wein, Supermarkt mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten Entfernung. 2 Schafe grasen auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück, direkt am Garten. Fazit: ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tolle ruhige Lage! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ideal für eine große Familie mit Kindern. Die Hühner und die Schafe waren ein Highlight. Merci Beaucoup!

Herrliches Südfinistere

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Languivoa verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und ländlich, aber viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert

Waouhhh! Magnifique!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gite est parfait. Rien ne manque! Il est très spacieux et convient parfaitement à 2 familles. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le cadre très joli et très calme.

Pretty and serene cottage

This was a lovely gite, very well equipped and private. Eric was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the sheep and the hens and the enclosed garden was perfect for our small dog. Thank you for a good holiday!

Superbe gite / Exzellentes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im August 2016 mit 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Austattung etc. spitze und genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne 2017 wieder.

Calme et confort

Superbe gite moderne et parfaitement équipé. Situé en retrait des routes, il est très calme et sans vis à vis direct. Bonne literie, cuisine moderne intégrée dans le grand salon avec cheminée (dont nous avons bien profité), canapé confortable, difficile de trouver des choses négatives :). Le jardin est aussi très agréable et les 2 poules et 2 moutons raviront petits et grands Bref bous y avons passé un excellent séjour Merci à Éric le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa flexibilité En résumé une excellente adresse !

Une excellente adresse !

Un gîte confortable, spacieux, lumineux, très bien tenu, conforme à la description du site. Les deux niveaux sont idéaux pour assurer une bonne intimité à tous. Le propriétaire est accueillant, très prévenant. L'endroit est calme, à proximité de plages magnifiques et de très beaux chemins pour la marche. Sans oublier, à deux pas, la chapelle de Languivoa, très bien restaurée, avec des vitraux contemporains réussis : elle se visite sur demande à la mairie du bourg, hors saison,
