Peaceful, 2 bedroom, fully equipped apartment in the heart of Benalmadena Costa just 300m from the beach. Complete with its own balcony overlooking tropical communal gardens, there are two large communal pools that guests can enjoy.

This apartment is perfect for couples or family's looking for a tranquil setting to alternate between the pool and beach, only a short stroll away from Benalmadena's bars, restaurants and nightlife!

The apartment is situated on the corner plot of the first floor with convenient lift access. It is air-conditioned and consists of two bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed and the second with twin beds.) The living room has a convertible sofa bed, that opens onto a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is self-catering ready (fridge, microwave oven, hob, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, and washing machine). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

Free WiFi and a flat screen TV is provided in the living room, with a further flat-screen TV in the master bedroom.

Guests are free to use both swimming pools and communal gardens. Please note that whilst one pool is open all year round, the other pools is only open between 15th June and 15th September.

This property is located in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, on the Costa Del Sol - The Sun Coast - providing 300 days of sun a year. The apartment is a 300m walk away from both Arroyo de la Miel and Bil Bil Beach.

Due to it's centric location there is no need for a car during your stay. The Mercadona Supermarket is a mere 200 metres away, and before that is the smaller Evita Supermarket which stocks and array of international Products.

Within a short walk there is a large variety of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.

The property is a 20 minute drive away from Malaga International airport.

It's also accessible by bus and train, with Benalamadena - Arroyo de la Miel station 1.3km away. The train provides links to Malaga City centre to the east, and Fuengirola to the west.

The bus network along provides access to the local town of Arroyo de la Miel, the traditional village of Benalmadena Pueblo, the local award winning Puerto Marina as well as the larger surrounding towns of Fuengirola and Torremolinos.

This amount is payable in cash at the property.

For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
