Dans le complexe de l'hôtel Pueblo Evita style andalou très bien connu et très agréable, vous trouverez notre récemment rénové appartement d'une chambre au troisième étage. L'appartement offre une vue magnifique sur la mer, avec un grand 17 m2 terrasse orientée plein sud. La terrasse dispose d'un barbecue extérieur, table à manger et deux chaises longues où vous pourrez profiter des 300+ jours de soleil par an.

L'appartement peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit double et un canapé-lit confortable (140 cm) dans le salon. Le salon / cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière, micro-ondes et TV écran plat avec une grande sélection de chaînes par satellite. Wifi privé gratuit dans l'appartement

We enjoyed the facility and the location. The only drawback for some might be the stairs. The communication with the owner was extremely easy and quick.

Property was as described by Stefan. Apt was clean and spacious. I was in contact with Stefan on numerous occasions always a prompt reply and very helpful, an excellent host. Stefan met us at the apts to help the checkin. Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely Apartment

Had a great stay. The apartment was perfect, very clean and modern. It is up a hill and stairs but we are semi fit 50+ and managed it fine. The communication was also first class. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for an excellent service and prompt replies during my five-week stay. Hilly location with stairs is perfect for a person who has no restrictions in general moving. Otherwise a nice location between the train station and the beach, Mercadona is just behind the corner.

Great holiday apartment

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in this apartment. It was exactly as described/photos. Good location. There are a few flights of steps to the apartment but no problem if reasonable fit. Mercadona supermarket short walk away. Great south facing large terrace with table/chairs, 2 good sun beds and large parasol. Well equipped with all that you would require. Quiet area which was great. Would have liked 2 sets of towels/ bedding as difficult to get drying depending on your weather. Good communication with Stefan. Would be happy to return.

Loved the apartment. But the stairs were a killer. Roof top pool rubbish, cannot move sunbeds, they are chained to shades. Bottom Pool much better but not enough sunbeds for the amount of people there. Our apartment 1432 was spitlessles

Relaxing Break in the Sun

We have enjoyed a great ten days at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment was everything that we hoped it would be and was accurately described, we will certainly look to book again in the future. Karl and Aida were very professional, friendly and helpful. They met us as our taxi arrived at the apartment and assisted us with our cases before giving us useful information on the apartment as well as tips on the local area and places to eat and visit. We give them 100% for their service.

Review

I had excellent communication prior to arrival with Zarra so I knew exactly where to go upon arrival .The apartment has a great balcony with a great view .We had a minor issue with the air con but this was resolved within 12hours including a phone call from Stefan himself reassuring me that the issue would be resolved.The roof top pool is great again with fantastic views.The location is excellent with a supermarket within 2mins and the beach is a 10 minute walk .All in all a great week and would have no hesitation in booking again Many thanks Stefan Regards Steve

Incredible service

My husband and I stayed at the property for a month. I MUST start with Aida the PM. She is AMAZING and very helpful, checking in to make sure everything was ok. The service is top notch. The apartment is very comfortable, great patio with bbq and water views. Location of apartment: no elevator, 3 flight of stairs and steep walk to amazing restaurants and bars 3-5 min. It’s not a long steep walk (just a stretch). 7-10 min walk to the beach. Overall great stay!

Nice Apartment

The apartment has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. There is only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minute walk to the beach and the promenade. The only downside was that it is at the top of a very steep hill. The apartment is on the third floor and there are only steps up to the apartment. We did not mind this too much as we were fit enough to climb them. Our flight home was not until 9.30 pm. However, Nicola rang us to say that we could stay in the apartment as long as we needed to on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena and were very happy with the apartment.

Perfect apartment for two

We’ve just returned home after spending 6 weeks in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as described and pictured on line. It is in a perfect location for getting the bus or train. Grocery and any other shopping is minutes away. We appreciated having use of beach towels and umbrella and there is a grocery cart. The queen size bed is very comfortable and there’s lots of storage in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and we prepared most meals. The patio is perfect for relaxing and having a meal. We even got to enjoy watching a cruise ship pass by on two occasions. There are a lot of stairs so you do need to consider this. Overall we loved this apartment and would recommend it. Property manager Aida was very helpful even helping with our luggage on arrival. Sandra and Garry , Canada

Highly recommended, excellent host

We stayed in this apartment for 28 days in May/June. Communication with Stefan was always very good and prompt; he went above and beyond to help us with excellent information both befiore and during our stay. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and an excellent supermarket near by. Easy walk to the beach and to the train station, perfect for us. Whilst both the apartment and the Pueblo Evita complex are 30 years old, it is all generally well maintained. A certain level of fitness is required to cope with all the steps, but it gave us good daily exercise and the bonus of being high up is the the fabulous view from the terrace. The kitchen area has everything required to prepare meals plus an essentail washing machine for longer stays. The bathroom has had a high quality refit with an excellent shower. We found the bed comfortable and the aircon works well. The TV had about 6 UK channels, whihc was a bonsu we werent expecting. Very good WiFi connection..The main pool area downstairs is excellent. The pool staff are always helpful as are the clubhouse staff. There is a second pool on the upper level, which is closer to the apartment, but this only opens during peak season so it was not availble during our stay. We had a wonderful month long holiday and we recommend this apartment as very good value for money. Thank you Stefan.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour. Un appartement propre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons pris plaisir à prendre notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec cette vue surplombant la ville et la mer Un appartement bien équipé et situé à proximité de toutes les commodités.Appartartement situé comme si vous étiez dans un petite village. Deux piscines, une à quelques pas en haut au dessus de l appartement oû vous pourrez deguster d exellents mojitos. Et une autre piscine plus bas ou vous y trouverez bar et pizzeria ( excellente et superbe accueil). Appartement proche d un supermarché (5 minutes a pied) et 15mn de tous les restaurants de la ville.L accès est souvent en montée (seul bemol de ce sejour), et la voiture n est pas necessaire. Accessibilité depuis l aeroport en train direct jusqu'à Belnamadena et ensuite 10 minutes de marche pour acceder a votre lieu de villegiature. Pour ceux qui veulent sortir et visiter les applications dd voyage feront le reste du job (excursions et autre).Concernant l annonce tout etait parfaitement clair et bien précisé. Notre hôte a meme pris de nos nouvelles durant notre sejour.En resume un excellent sejour dans un lieu paradisiaque.
