We had a fantastic holiday and stay at this apartment, it had everything and more for our 10night stay and was absolutely spotless when we arrived, we were met by Oxsana to let us in, The large rooftop is brilliant for sunbathing and nice sea views and supermarket close by, the pool was clean and very big. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Excellent property in a great location. The property is situated a 10minute walk from the El Pinillo train station so it is very convient getting to and from Malaga airport, plus getting to other areas along the coast. There is a decent supermarket 5 minutes away. It is about 15min walk down to the beach/marina area. It is a up hill walk back to the apartment from the beach but a manageable walk for most. The apartment is fantastic and the roof top terrace has brilliant views of the pool area and down to the sea. The pool is a lovely and it is a great sized pool. I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning property. We loved everything about our stay. Lots of room, 2 balconies, gas grill( my favourite as a chef) fully stocked kitchen, fantastic pool. Location for getting around was great. 3 ladies(63,71,81)So the elevator to the car and apartment was perfect. A very minor downside- we could not get the air conditioning to stay on at night. It would run for 20 minutes or so then shut off. Since we were gone most days, it would be nice if it would stay on through the night. There are English channels on the TV. An extra bonus. Oxana was there to check us in and available to answer our questions. The parking spot near car was a bonus. GREAT stay. Thank you

On the day prior to arriving at the apartment we contacted our host for details for entry, he said we had not paid the full amount for a month stay which of course was incorrect. After some texts and panic we were advised to contact the cleaner on arrival. Not a good start. We hired the penthouse for private enjoyment in the sun, however we found the parasol broken beyond repair. After contacting the owner he agreed to replace the parasol. We were supplied with a broken borrowed parasol from a neighbour, so shade from the sun was limited. We also found the flat was in urgent need of general maintenance. Extract fans in the bathrooms did not work. The TV was inoperative until a kind neighbour found the HDMI cable was faulty. Fortunately we brought one with us. Several lights in the apartment did not work and the roof area is crying out for a lick of paint. Other issues were the shower facilities. The small bathroom shower cubicle is so small only a child can use it which meant showering in a bath which brings its own safety limitations. The location is very good with shops and transport near by.

Lovely property in an excellent area.

Property suited our needs exactly, we were a group of 60 something ladies and we really enjoyed our stay, the area and nightlife. It catered for all age groups abd we would certainly return again.Only small issue was we didn't know the pool was shut for siesta 3pm to 5pm, which after you have out and and about during the day, a dip in the pool would have very welcome

The location is very good; you can choose to walk to the marina, Benalmadena beaches, or Torremolinos beaches. Lovely property in a great location only 10 min walk from marina. Yeimi was very helpful and the house was perfect with everything you might need. Lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun and lovely quiet pool area in the shared garden. Lidl only 5 mins away. Could do with a fan for the second bedroom is the only comment I would have:)

Excellent October break

The property was accurately represented with the description and pictures. Clean, tidy apartment with a high standard of amenities and good location made all the difference for us and the roof area in particular was a welcome benefit. Communication with the owner and the host were prompt, straightforward and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and look forward to returning again in the future.
