Siamo rimasti molto dispiaciuti dalla totale assenza di accoglienza. Nessuna istruzione ricevuta dopo la prenotazione. I contatti riportati come inesistenti. Siamo partiti comunque perchè il pagamento era andato a buon fine, ma con molti dubbi e ansie per la totale assenza di comunicazione. Le indicazioni di maps ci hanno portato a un abitazione privata di una signora comunque gentile (parente della host che gestiva l'appartamento), visibilmente sorpresa e imbarazzata dal nostro arrivo e che per puro caso si è trovata in casa in quel momento e ci ha spiegato dove andare e come fare per recuperare la chiave dell'appartamento. Nessuno ci ha accompagnato, nessuno ci ha fatto vedere la casa, spiegato e dato le info utili del caso. Non ci hanno chiesto alcun documento di riconoscimento, non è stata fatta alcuna registrazione e check in, pur in presenza di un bimbo di 6 anni. Abbiamo dovuto mandare un msg a questa signora per conoscere la psw del wi fi. Se la signora, comunque gentilissima, non fosse stata in casa, non saremmo stati nemmeno in grado di trovare l'appartamento e nessuno avrebbe saputo se fossimo mai stati li o meno. Come dei fantasmi. Davvero una sensazione brutta e spiacevole mai provata prima. A onor del vero abbiamo incontrato la host dell'appartamento solo per puro caso la mattina dell'ultimo giorno. Si è comunque scusata, ma non sapeva nemmeno che quello fosse il nostro ultimo giorno, a testimonianza del fatto che sembrava fossimo, appunto, invisibili. Allibiti.
