This beautiful two rooms apartment, located in the front row of Porto Mannu Residence, consists in a beautiful patio, garden that overlooks the beautiful seaview of Le Saline Gulf and Porto Mannu Bay. The unit has a living room with sofa bed, plasma tv and a well-equipped kitchenette with induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, and dishwasher. The sleeping area has a double bedroom and a totally restructured with the typical colors of the Sardinian Sea. The sleeping area and the living room overlooks the outdoor patio, which has a dining table and a relax zone. To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
