Costa degli Ulivi village is a small complex of terraced houses overlooking ' Marinella Bay' , just few minutes car away from the worldwide most famous Porto Rotondo. Very set in a well maintained garden in perfect harmony with the natural environment. The peaceful complex is surrounded by marvellous olives trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and perfumed juniper.Costa deli Ulivi ,lies on the North-Eastern coast of Sardinia Island, right in the middle of Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hours from the main European cities and 30 minutes from Rome. Within a couple of hours and less, you can visit many extraordinary places; but the main attraction however is the sea itself; the cleanest and most transparent sea . The granite bases sand reflects unique emerald colours that inspired the name Costa Smeralda. Few minutes car away from shops, bars, restaurants. The complex is neighbouring ' Villa Certosa' the famous property of ex Italian Prime Minister.,

Stunning outlook

Enjoyed a weeks stay at Angela’s apartment which is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities and more you will need. Quiet location with views to die for situated in a double gated holiday village which was very secure and with own parking space too. Very convenient for Marianella beach and Porto Rotondo.

Appartment with beautiful coastal views.

Warm and helpful welcome at the airport from Angela & her husband. Comfortable spacious villa/appartment with plenty of seating. Beautiful coastal views from the main room. Good weather considering our stay was early in the season. Car needed but excellent location for visiting the Emerald coast. We would have felt happier at night if we were able to lock the patio doors. Over it was a restful enjoyable 2 weeks holiday.

To put the best at the beginning: With the apartment everything was as advertised. Splendid view, excellent equipped with maps, kitchen utensils, furniture. Perfectly suited for two people. Located in a well kept, fenced in private property apartment complex. Angela is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the weather! Cold and rainy most of the time. Fortunately there were quite some books available. I would certainly love to come again when the weather is nice. Nevertheless, we had two very nice breakfasts on the sunny balkony.

Good afternoon Lars. I am happy that despite the bad weather the holiday went well. This year the weather in Sardinia is really strange. Now I have guests who complain too hot, almost unbearable .. when you decide to return I will make you a really inviting price .. hoping that time is less capricious.

Un séjour fabuleux !!!

L'emplacement et l'appartement sont formidable ; beaucoup d'activités et animations à proximité. Angela nous a réservé un excellent accueil ; elle était facilement joignable et soucieuse de notre confort. La vue mer est excellente ! Le logement est très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement et remercie Angela pour son accueil chaleureux.

Conforme aux descriptions

Logement bien situé avec tout ce qu' il faut. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible à tout point de vue. Programme de visite d Angela chouette. Voiture nécessaire mais serrez bien à droite surtout dans les virages car c est fréquent de se retrouver nez à nez avec une voiture et de se faire doubler malgré les lignes continues.

Merci Véronique pour le "revew". Il est toujours utile que les clients connaissent les expériences de ceux qui ont séjourné auparavant. Oui, il est vrai qu’en Sardaigne, il faut faire plus attention au guide (pas seulement en Sardaigne). Cela dépend peut-être du fait que pendant l'hiver, l'île étant moins habitée dans les rues, il y a peu de voitures, il peut arriver que vous fassiez des kilomètres sans rencontrer personne. Merci Véronique la prochaine fois. Toujours les bienvenus à la maison.

Superbe vue

La propriétaire de l'appartement est très sympathique, prévenante et disponible. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la petite crique en bas de la maison fort agréable. Les points faibles de cet appartement sont: sa propreté à revoir totalement et la décoration, beaucoup trop de vieux meubles et d'objets. Il est très difficile de se sentir chez soi dans un tel capharnaüm et d'y trouver sa place. De plus l'appartement est trop loin d'un quelconque commerce : il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture.

Je suis étonné de ce revew. Ma maison ne le méritait pas. Pour la clarté de l'information, je tiens à préciser que le mobilier est pas vieux, mais ils sont des antiquités. Tous les clients qui ont été dans l 'appartement ont apprécié à la fois les meubles et les super accessoires de la maison. Il est évident que la machine est necessair pour acceder les centres commerciaux à proximité étant le logement situé dans un complexe de bord de mer loin de l'agitation de la ville.Peut-être que la maison était pas bon pour votre personnalité?

La casa è belissima con la vista mozzafiato attrezzata con tutto il necessario, visto che abbiamo 2 bambini, l'abbiamo apprezzata molto! La proprietaria Signora Angela è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha aiutato tanto quando abbiamo avuto il problema con la macchina e grazie a lei abbiamo risolto in pochi giorni. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo 100% ❤ Vacanze super!

Un grazie di cuore alla Sig.ra Angela, gentile, disponibile e attenta. La casa è bellissima, arredata con stile e completa di ogni più piccolo accessorio..accogliente e davvero graziosa...in una posizione meravigliosa...aprire gli occhi e vedere l'alba....non ci sono parole...inoltre si trova fuori dal caos in una zona verde e tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutti i servizi....è stata una vacanza meravigliosa....grazie....

Ein Traum

Wer auf der Suche nach der absoluten Entschleunigung ist, ist in diesem wunderschönen Apartment genau richtig! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, morgens ein Sonnenaufgang wie aus dem Bilderbuch, abends Sternenhimmel und mit Glück kleine Einblicke in die Yachten der Reichen und Schönen…;) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin freundlich und unkompliziert, in der Wohnung ist alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Piacevolissima Vacanza

La descrizione dell'alloggio è rispondente all'annuncio. La casa è super accessoriata ( non portatevi nulla, c'è tutto, forse anche troppo) Il contesto dove si trova la casa ( Costa degli Ulivi ) è, per il periodo che abbiamo soggiornato, molto tranquillo e rilassante. Io e mia moglie abbiamo apprezzato molto, il frigorifero ( nuovissimo e capiente ) la lavatrice anch'essa nuovissima, il vano doccia spazioso ed accogliente. Ma la cosa veramente spettacolare è, l'affaccio sul mare dal balconcino, arredato con molto gusto ( come tutta la casa del resto ) dove è possibile fare delle cene a lume di candela veramente intime. Speriamo di ritornarci. La Signora Angela è persona disponibile e, chi ci ha invece accolto, la Signora Elisabetta è stata pronta e disponibile a chiarirci ogni dubbio.

Superschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stco und ist gut ausgestattet, Der Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick, in 8-10 Minuten ist man über einen steilen Fussweg am kleinen privaten (Kies-)Strand. Leider sind keine Fliegengitter vorhanden. Wir haben die Woche in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Geniale Sonnenaufgänge über Capo Figari vom Balkon aus

Sehr gemütliche Fewo in der man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Wir habe die Ausicht vom Balkon auf den Golfo di Marinellla sehr genossen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage auf Sardinien. Die Lage der Wohnung ist der Hammer. Dieser Ausblick ist einfach nur fantastisch. Ich habe den Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen so sehr genossen. Auch die Bucht, die man über einen kleinen Weg erreicht ist wunderschön. Glasklares Wasser!!!

Lovely apartment with a stunning view

Really nice apartment, everything as described - spacious living room, comfortable bed, practical kitchen and bathroom, well equipped. Information sent per email beforehand was comprehensive and useful and follow-up communication was prompt, friendly and our questions were answered. A friend of Angela's met up with us upon arrival and let us in and there was a little welcome present in the form of a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit awaiting us - much appreciated! The view from the balcony is stunning - the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the bay which we had to ourselves the whole time we were there as it was off-season. All in all it is in a lovely setting, very tranquil, just heard the wind and the waves and the crickets at night, perfect to wind down. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Absolut traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in Angelas Apartment und es war ein absolut traumhafter Urlaub! Der Urlaub begann mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch Angela und ihren Mann höchst persönlich. Anschließend fuhren wir mit unserem Mietwagen vom Flughafen zu dem Apartment in der Nähe des schönen Porto Rontondo (Fahrtzeit ca 20 min). Ein Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Bucht und überzeugt mit einem privaten Zugang zum Meer, was für mich auf jeden Fall zu einem Highlight der Wohnung zählt. In der Wohnung angekommen erklärte Angela uns wichtige Informationen und versorgte uns mit Wasser, Wein und Obst, welches Sie netterweise für uns bereit gestellt hat. Eine bessere Gastgeberin kann man sich nicht wünschen!!:) Die Wohnung ist zudem optimal ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts (Strandtücher, Reiseführer, Sonnenschirme, Liegestühle). Das nächste Highlight dieser Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht. Eine super leckere Pizzeria ist fussläufig. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Apartment und Angela als Gastgeberin nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub auf Sardinien machen möchte!

Angenehme Wohnung in toller Lage wie in einem Schiff auf dem Meer

Ich habe in der zweiten Oktoberhälfte 10 Tage in Angelas Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert: ruhig in einer gesicherten und auch gärtnerisch gepflegten Appartementanlage hoch über dem Meer gelegen, sauber und mit allem Nötigen reichlich ausgestattet (incl. W-Lan), mit funktionaler Küche samt großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, mit guten Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, großer Dusche im Bad. Die Abholung vom Flughafen durch einen Freund der Vermieterin klappte sehr gut. Die Wohnung besticht vor allem wegen ihrer spektakulären Aussicht. An einem Sturmtag mit schaumgekröntem Meer kommt sich vor wie auf einem Schiff auf See. Und auch bei meist noch warmem Wetter war der Blick ein Genuss vom Sonnen- bis zum Vollmondaufgang. Baden und Schnorcheln in der zugehörigen Felsenbucht klappte gut an Tagen ohne Wellengang. So spät in der Saison geht es an der sardischen Küste sehr ruhig zu: Feriensiedlungen und Jachthäfen liegen weitgehend verlassen, die meisten Restaurants und Touristen-Shops haben geschlossen. Die Vorteile der Nachsaison kann man umso mehr genießen: wunderbare leere Strände, freie Parkplätze, weniger Verkehr. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten hatten noch geöffnet, Supermärkte auch, und Transfers zu diversen Inseln waren ebenfalls noch möglich. Die Ausflüge und kleineren Wanderungen haben sich alle sehr gelohnt! Cabo Figari mit Wanderweg auf die Bergspitze, Isola Tavolara bzw. Küstenpfade bei Porto San Paolo. Im Landesinneren die granitsteinernen Orte Tempio Pausania und Aggiu, an der Nordküste die unglaubliche Felsenlandschaft des Cabo Testa, die Insel La Maddalena, das schmucke Bergdorf San Pantaleo sowie die archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätten bei Arzachena (nett: der kleine Wanderweg zum Tempelchen Malchittu). Vielen Dank an Angela - und den künftigen Gästen in dieser schönen Wohnung viel Freude! Great, calm and clean holiday flat in a well-groomed and sheltered residence with a breathtaking view from high above the bay and equipped with everything you may need, including WIFI. Late in the season the bustle in the nearby marinas and holiday hotspots got shut down. The more you can enjoy many lovely beaches and other places of interest inland almost just by yourself. Places I visited, sometimes connected with a little walk: Cabo Figari, Porto San Paolo across Isola Tavolara, Tempio Pausania and Aggiu, Cabo Testa and Santa Teresa, La Maddalena, San Pantaleo and the archeological sites of Arzachena.
