Overview
Villa Sunset is located in Agia Marina, Paphos District. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 7 people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.
There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance
to the Beach and Restaurants.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven. There is
also a barbecue outside.

is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Great Villa

Great location, nice villa. beautiful sunsets and a good sized pool. The beach is just across the road and swimming 100m away. Many good restaurants just a short drive away - quiet and remote (you will need a car)!

Had a very relaxing family stay at sunset villa, kids couldnt get enough of the pool, and made lots of trips to adjacent and nearby beaches. The villa is spacious, week equipped, good WiFi, plenty of room outside, and views in all directions. Very happy we chose this villa and would happily stay again

It was exactly what we wanted! Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is so clean and comfortable. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. We spent an amazing time at Agia Marina beach and Pomos beach. We also visited Paphos, an amazing city where we tried some of the best specialties. We had a lovely time there and we already rebooked it.

We really enjoy our stay at Villa Sunset. This is the first time we have traveled abroad with children and we really like that the villa is absolutely private. It is cozy and has more than everything we need, wonderful grounds, a pool everything! The children loved the pool and terrace and played here almost all day, which in turn give us a break too! We are very satisfied that we booked this villa for our holiday and we definitely will book it again.

We had an amazing time. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunset as we couldnt have asked for a better villa. It was spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 6 people. The pool area was so wonderful. With three young children, we really enjoyed every day at the pool which was very clean and well-maintained. As we went out and explored the west of the island almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. We would stay at this villa again.

We had a great time there! We thoroughly enjoyed all that Villa Sunset had to offer. It was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. Looking forward to our next holiday there.

Fantastic Find

Sunset Villa is a lovely property, great location, you need a car but can walk to the local shop and bakery - fresh bread and croissants made to order, and good coffee. The beach is at the end of the drive, good for swimming and sundowners ! Recommend rock shoes. Pool is spotless, well looked after. Beds are comfy, kitchen is reasonably well equipped and bbq was well used during our stay. Would highly recommend Sunset Villa to anybody looking for a relaxing break away from it all. Thank you for letting us stay, we will be back!

Recht einfach in der Ausstattung, aber alles da. Die Matratzen sind super. Schöner Pool. Fantastische Sonnenu ntergänge Wer lange Strandspaziergänge liebt oder fussläufige Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist hier falsch. Ohne Auto geht nichts. Aber für uns war es richtig schön

Lovely and peaceful

Very nice property lovely and quiet however the property needs freshening up a bit not enough garden chairs outside table not good enough to small swimming pool needs a very good clean ie tide mark all the way around and very strong smell of sewage in the on suite bathroom double with balcony we opted not to use because of the smell the to use the down stairs air-com there was a charge of10 euros a day that we didn’t know about yours Crawford

Lovely villa let down by a couple of things.

Beautiful villa with lovely view, amazing sunsets and fantastic star gazing. Sadly let down by lack of instructions of how to use things and improper pool cleaning. If these two items are sorted it would be a 5 out of 5 stars.

The Villa Sunset was great, right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and enjoying the gatherings with our friends. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. While there we also visited Latsi and Pomos and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Argaka Sandy beach and Paradise beach are great places to spend your time with your family. Very satisfied with everything, people, place, and the villa. We will come back for sure!

beautiful location for a quiet holiday with excellent sunset views

Loved the villa as we purposely looked for a villa with sunset views. Villa is spacious and well maintained. Outside area is private and gets the sun fron sunrise to sunset. There is a covered balcony on the groud floor if you need to get out of the sun. The sunset views are amazing as they are directly in front of the villa. The beach is a 100 yards from the villa, accross a quiet road. Beach is rocky so we just watched the sunsets from the villa. My only gripes are the cleanliness could have been a little bit better ie windows were dirty, the pool has steps into it at the deepend only so as we are a middle age couple we would have prefered an easy access into the shallow end as even at the shallow end it was still quite deep. Also it is 20+ minutes by car to Polis, which we visited for evening meals. We knew this when we booked, but we missed being able to walk into Polis, Latchi etc., rather than having to drive. There is a shop in the quiet village of Agia Marina which can be walked to, but limited choice. The neighbouring villa is very close, but we saw or heard very little from them. The outside area of this villa is on the opposite side so you are very private. There was some nice touches such as complementary teas, coffees, jams, shampoos and we returned one day to a bottle of wine left for us. Also very comfy sunbeds with mattresses which was very much appreciated. I can recommend this villa for the sunset views and for being very quiet and private.

Great relaxed holiday at a quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we really enjoging while we were waiting the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. We visited Argaka Sandy and Paradise beach ... sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling... Within only a 10-15 minute driving, you are at Polis, Latchi, and Argaka where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...We tried great Cypriot specialties, like: Kleftiko, Souvlaki and Moussaka. All in all, an excellent villa, which we highly recommend.

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location right to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Agia Marina over the past 5 years but the Villa Sunset is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, bars, and most important the beach is nearby (within walking distance). Also, you can find other local shops and a bakery, and other stores for day-to-day supplies at near town Polis. You need only a 10-15 minute drive to Polis and Latchi, where we spend a nice quality time there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Do not hesitate to book this villa. I highly recommend it to everyone.

If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Villa Galene is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view during the day offers an exceptional experience between man and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The infinity pool and the garden were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the garden, played there all day long and when they get bored switched to the near sandy beach. We visited Polis and Latchi a couple of times. They are nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Villa Sunset and Agia Marina made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Villa Sunset to you all.
