This is a stunning 3-bedroom holiday home in Policnik. It has a private pool and landscaped garden and is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.The nearest beach is in Posedarje, only 6 km away. The ancient town of Zadar is only 12 km away. In a radius of 30 km you can easily reach National park Paklenica or the beautiful canyon of Zrmanja river. Nature Park Vrana, which has a lake, is 35 km from the home. There's a supermarket 200 m away and a restaurant 2 km away.The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with grill. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. It offers bed linen and bath towels.Zadar international airport is 10 km away.

Zeer proper vakantiehuis. Goed uitgeruste keuken, voldoende bestek, borden, glazen,... aanwezig. Airco aanwezig in de woonkamer, wifi werkt zeer goed. De tuin en zwembad lag er zeer netjes bij, de eigenaar die ernaast woont maakt elke ochtend het zwembad en de tuin proper. In de buurt voldoende winkels en restaurants aanwezig.

Schönes Haus mit einem schönen Garten mit großem Swimmingpool. Gerade an heißen Tagen eine willkommene Abwechslung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich (sprechen Kroatisch und Französisch, kein Englisch). Die Apartments sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die an sehr heißen Tagen die Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend kühlt. Ein Auto wird benötigt! Auch wir waren von Bauarbeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (neben unserem Haus) betroffen, die bereits um 7 Uhr morgens mit Ramm- und Grabarbeiten begannen.

heerlijke week gehad

Fijn groot huis, prachtig zwembad en tuin en overdekte eetplaats. Aparte ingang voor 1 slaapkamer/keuken/badkamer/woonkamer. Eigenaren wonen in volledig privé afgesloten gedeelte van het huis. Zij hebben een eigen tuin en je merkt eigenlijk niets van elkaar. Wel nog een tip: wat uitgebreidere keukenspullen, vooral glaswerk, zou fijn zijn.

Wij zijn bijna 2 weken in het huis geweest. Hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Zeer aardige eigenaren die elke ochtend alles netjes schoonmaakte en klaar stonden als er iets was. Kids hebben ook genoten zeker van het zwembad. Zadar was goed te rijden en omgeving prachtig. Wij komen zeker terug.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vollkommen genossen von ersten Tag der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften gleich in die Unterkunft einziehen. Der Garten und Pool waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Haus sehr geräumig und sehr sauber eine 10 mit *****. Im Ort sehr ruhig, man konnte mit dem Auto aber alles unkompliziert erreichen. Strand Borik teils Sand und teils Steine hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und war mit dem auto 10 min. entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie Restaurant im Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und werden definitiv nochmal kommen. Sehr nette Eigentümer, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
