The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can have fun and play games or cook in a group. The house has a large, landscaped garden, which is suitable for playful children. Likewise, there is a large, covered terrace where dinner can be enjoyed no matter what the weather is like. And a terrace where the sun can be enjoyed while the children play in the garden. There are many opportunities for varied walks in the area. And only 300 meters to a pebble beach. Approx. 2 km to a sandy beach. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
