VFT/MA/69310In the beautiful Miraflores resort, this apartment is in Parque Miraflores, a gorgeous circular complex with inner garden. Elegantly decorated, for up to 4 people it is a very well illuminated property with fabulous triangular windows, long gallery ones and large sliding doors to really give the large space the most light.On the top floor of a five storey building, really has a fantastic panoramic view! The entrance leads to the kitchen, to the left it opens to bedroom a double bed and a separate shower room (where you will also find the washing machine), to the right you have the living room with dining area. The living room has air conditioning, internet and TV and opens out to the balcony with patio dining set.The staircase has a huge gallery window to showcase the view and at the top of the stairs on the left is bedroom two with double bed, this leads to the bathroom with hydromassage bath. The roof terrace can be accessed from the door on the right at the top of the stairs and also from the bathroom.

The roof terrace has loungers, dining set, barbecue and breathtaking views.

The apartment is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, including:

Parque Miraflores is set in beautiful surrounding, including an internal garden and fountain with benches so that you can enjoy the peaceful environment. There is a large swimming pool with shallow end set in enormous garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a snack bar that is open seasonally with the pool and there is a reading corner/ book exchange as well as gym equipment.



The complex has free parking all around and is walking distance to the shops, beach and bus route M-220 for Marbella or Fuengirola. From the bus stop it is an 8 minute walk.

In the area there are small shops and restaurants, the Tennis Club and Jerry´s bar are open all year round and are next door. La Cala de Mijas is a half hour walk on the beach boardwalk or under 5 minutes by car.

For those who don't like walking we recommend renting a car.32 km from Malaga Airport.

We have an excellent taxi team who will collect you and bring you straight to the apartment (please ask for details), there are very good bus connections too.

We are delighted to partner with Clubs For Hire Dot Com, with friendly customer servie, their team will arrange to deliver equipment to the apartment and later colelct it for you at the end of their stay.

Bed linen and towels are included.Please note it is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed for Miraflores.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
