This fantastic holiday home consists of two bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as a blender, washing machine and oven, and a lounger-diner. There is one bathroom with a shower.

In the outside area there is a fenced private pool, as well as a BBQ area and furniture such as sun loungers, and table and chairs.





The property is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Conil, near to the area of Casa de Postas. In less than five minutes by car you will be in the town centre, and in just a couple more minutes you can get to the beach.

There is also easy access to the road network to explore the stunning province of Cádiz.
