Welcome to Your Home Away from Home in Kissimmee!

We're excited to host you at this beautifully updated vacation villa, located in a peaceful residential community just 20 minutes from the entrance to Disney. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this spacious and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect base for your Florida getaway.

Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a spacious living room — perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. Step outside to your private screened-in pool (38 x 16 feet), which faces south for plenty of sunshine and overlooks a serene wooded area. It’s a great spot to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Master bedroom with a queen-size bed

Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably

You’ll also find convenient amenities like a laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, and free Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Entertainment is easy with a 55-inch TV in the living room and 32-inch TVs in all three bedrooms. The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay.

We definitely recommend this.

We had a great time, the house had everything we needed. The location was ok for us, about 20 - 30 minutes form the parks and outlet malls. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers near by with stores like Marshalls and Ross. The thing that we consider could be improved is that the mattresses or beds are very noisy every time you move a little bit. Besides that everything was great.

Decent place.

Its definitely a nice place. It was located in a decent area. Alot of rules to follow. Neighbors had parties alot. Very outdated for sure. Beds not that great. Couches are not nice at all. Cost 25 dollars a day to have heat in the pool. We never used the pool because the water was freezing. Also you dont have privacy in the back because the fence is destroyed in the back. Overall its not the worst plave but for the price ypu have to pay for vrbo's its not great.

Family Vacation

They properties was as described. My family felt as we were at home from the minute we walked in. Anthony and Tirza were amazing on communicating with me if I had any questions/concerns. Debbie the agent was a pleasure to talk with and was also very helpful in the process. Would recommend staying here. Will try to visit again

Repeat visitors - just as good the second time!

This is the second time we've stayed at this residence and it was just as clean and comfortable as the first time. Just like a home away from home! The house has all the amenities that you would need for kitchen, pool, and laundry. The garage is a bonus too. Thank you!

Wonderful home

The home is well equipped for meals and fun. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the large pool. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of blankets and fans were available. We all swam, slept well and ate well. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we didn’t hear anyone around us. It is very well maintained and info was readily available as well as quick to respond to questions. Battery on lockbox died and issue was resolved quickly. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Very close to theme parks and many shops/restaurants.

Great stay!

This was the perfect home base during our stay to Orlando. The house was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need to be comfortable away from home. We had a brief issue getting into the house but got 3 calls immediately to help rectify the situation - awesome! If we come back to the area, will definitely stay again.

Pool was nice

The property management company was very nice. However, the property is in serious need of updating the bed in the master is so old that it squeaks with every move and our backs killed us. I did have to clean the shower because it had so much mildew between tile. This could be a great property if they invested in new flooring and furniture.
