The Disney decor and the amount of bedrooms brought me to this property. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was clean and very comfortable. Which is very important after a day at disney!!

This was a very nice condo. Super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master bath was amazing. The screened in back porch was a peaceful place to watch the midsummer Florida afternoon rain. It’s really close to stuff you might need, like the grocery store or Waffle House. If you need coffee, there’s a quaint little coffee shop (XO coffee) right down the street. Will definitely look for this place on our next trip to Orlando.

Lovely, clean accommodation. Great facilities including washer and dryer, towels and linen, fully stocked kitchen. The on site pool was really nice and clean and mostly quiet which made it feel like we had our own private pool. Amazing location for Disney and universal as well as close to supermarkets and places to eat. Only personal thing for us is it would have been good to have a high chair or booster seat but didn’t impact our holiday at all and wouldn’t matter if you didn’t have a baby. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Florida. Thank you to the host for being responsive and for a great place to stay.

We loved the theming of this house! We were here for a Disney vacation and it didn’t feel like we really left the Disney bubble. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Everything was as described and the pictures matched the property. The area was quiet and felt very safe. We were near grocery/gas stations and the property was the perfect distance to either park(s). The drive was anywhere from 20 - 30 min depending on traffic. We only visited USO, IOA, Epic & Disney Springs, this time around. We did not get a chance to use the pool because of limited time. This property will sleep 8 comfortably! Instructions for the property were clearly posted and if any clarification was needed, Allen was a great host to answer any questions. I loved all the Disney decor! Also, there was plenty of dishes, cups, pans, etc to make meals easily while staying at the property. I loved the pond/lake behind the property, it was so beautiful! I wish we had more time to enjoy it. We only got to look out the back doors, but there were chairs and a table for the back sunroom/patio if you chose to sit out and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was everything that it was listed to be and then some. I have never stayed anywhere that I did not have at least one complaint until now. It was clean, spacious, quiet (except for the daily garbage truck at 745, which they can’t control that) and beautiful. 30 minutes from universal, 20 from Disney, and 45 from the airport. We had an awesome vacation. Thank u for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Townhome was great. Very clean upon arrival. Was more stocked than most rentals with toiletries/TP/paper towel etc. Kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need to cook. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Host was easy to contact and was communicable about check in. Overall very happy with our stay.

The house was a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse that was a 15-20 minute drive to Disney World. We enjoyed our stay and Al is an awesome host, he’s very responsive. The issue we had was with the HOA. Day before we got down there the pool was found to have leaks so we couldn’t use the pool or the playground, but Al refunded a portion of the rental without us even asking for anything back. We were also told security would need an ID to get into the property, but the gates were open the entire week so anyone at anytime could’ve gone into the gated community. There wasn’t a time that I didn’t feel like it was safe for my family, just thought it was a little odd is all. I would recommend staying here, a lot of stuff close by to do besides Disney and Al will take care of you. I would stay there again with my family.

We truly enjoyed this townhouse, it was very clean, great amount of space, it was in a great location, Disney World not too far, Sam’s down the street, Walmart not too far and a nice selection of fast food restaurants. Allen the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Good spot for a Disney stay

It was nice to have so many beds and bathrooms for our group. Close to stores and restaurants, and close enough to WDW to make it an easy drive each day.

While the Disney decor was a highlight, the property was quite dated with caulking peeling/falling off around the bathtubs, water damage noticeable on the ceiling, and a sharp edge on the master shower floor tile. The hot water only lasted long enough for 2-3 people to shower but with 7 people in our party that meant more than half of us had to take cold showers after long Disney park days. Also, the property was advertised as being in a gated complex, however, the front entrance gate never closed. That was a big reason we picked the place for security or else likely would’ve gone with somewhere for sure gated.

Sara, the hot water heater is new, only 6 months old, Our Complex is installing a new front Security Gate now.
