Casa Julen with a private pool is a delightful single-storey villa situated in a peaceful area with mountain views yet conveniently placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa (5/10 minutes drive). The villa sleeps 4 guests and is typically Mallorcan in style with simple and comfortable furnishings. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and 1 shared bathroom, a further shower is housed in the external utility room with a washing machine. The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and cosy lounge with a wood-burner, satellite TV and DVD player. All windows have mosquito screens and fans are provided. Outside there is a lovely garden with a lawn, an L-shaped private pool with Roman steps and a sun terrace with loungers. The house has two covered, furnished terraces and a built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the excellent views of the mountains. Casa Julen is ideal for a small family and offers a peaceful and private retreat for a relaxing holiday whilst its' convenient location gives easy access to shops, restaurants, culture and fantastic sandy beaches!
