Die Finca ist sehr gut gelegen, sauber und hat uns durch Ihren lĂ€ndlichen Charme mit sehr gepflegtem Garten und Pool sehr gut gefallen. Hier kann man ausgezeichnet entspannen. Danke an die Vermieter, die fĂŒr jede Kleinigkeit stehst zeitnah zur VerfĂŒgung standen.

Excellent Villa with all we needed.We spoke with Margalida, on of the hosts when we arrived and when we left, and sometime via WhatsApp to help with our questions. She was great :)We hired a car as it's quite remote on an access road off what in the UK would be a country lane. There is covered parking for 2 cars.We all really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return at a later time.

Wir, 5 Erwachsene mit Hund, hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im September in dem liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhaus mit Pool verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die schöne Stadt Pollenca liegt nur wenige Autominuten von Ferienhaus entfernt. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr Lebensmittel sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieter Margalida und Juan sind sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und sehr um das Wohl der GĂ€ste bemĂŒht. Wir wurden am Ankunftstag mit Brot, Pastete und FrischkĂ€se versorgt. Auch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts hat uns Juan mehrere Male zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck sĂŒĂŸe GebĂ€ckteilchen vom nahegelegenen BĂ€cker mitgebracht. Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern, selbstangebauten Tomaten und Paprika versorgt. Margalida und Juan gaben uns auch Empfehlungen zu guten und nahe gelegenen Restaurants, von denen wir einige ausprobiert haben. Alles war sehr herzlich und familiĂ€r. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen. Uns hat auch besonders die NĂ€he zum Tramuntanagebirge gefallen, da wir gerne wandern. Besondere Freundschaft haben wir mit Juans Eseldame Orelia geschlossen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Margalida und Juan

We loved staying in this villa. The photos don't do it justice. It is very comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing family holiday. The decor is simple but very comfortable, with all three bedrooms having aircon and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need and there is a smart TV in the lounge, newer than in the pictures.The highlight of this house is the outdoor space. There are lots of different seating options so you can have your coffee watching the sun rise on rocking chairs, enjoy lunch at the table next to the pool, and watch the sun set from the hammock or loungers. It was so lovely to come back and relax in the afternoons after spending the morning exploring the area or going to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend Joan and Margalida's villa near Pollenca.

Alles sehr sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum GrundstĂŒck lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, ist aber Sache der Gemeinde.

Perfect stay - perfect villa, perfect host, perfect vacation!

This was the vacation of a lifetime and having this villa as our home base was a big part of it. The home has everything you could want. It was hard to leave at times, we were so relaxed. Views of the countryside are incredible, the property itself is like a private resort. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

LĂ€ndliche Villa

Wir haben Ende Oktober eine schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das GrundstĂŒck ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch eine Überdachung fĂŒr den Fall das es mal regnet. Die Auffahrt ist direkt neben einer Koppel mit 2 Schafen und einem Esel - tolle Tiere, die nicht stören und eher der Unterhaltung dienen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, die Liegen und Gartenmöbel freuen sich sicher ĂŒber etwas Pflege... Das Haus selbst ist schön geschnitten und im landestypischen Stil. Allerdings merkt man, dass die letzte Sanierung schon etwas her ist. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Da es zu unserem Besuch schon etwas kĂ€lter war, mussten wir ĂŒber die Klimaanlagen etwas heizen. Im Haus macht sich dann das doch feuchte Klima gepaart mit den NatursteinwĂ€nden bemerkbar - das hat uns nicht so sehr gefallen, ist aber sicher individuell unterschiedlich. Die Vermieter sind unfassbar nett und immer zu Stelle, wenn es mal ein Thema geben sollte...

Beautiful rural villa

Lovely villa in a stunning location, fabulous Mountain views. Pool was perfec and the gardens were beautiful with plenty of places to sit. The villa is within a small holding and the friendly donkey in the next field was great entertainment. The only issue was that we were plagued by mosquitoes so bad, that the usual mossie sprays were ineffective. We had to sit inside atnight and as only the bedrooms have air conditioning, we sat in one of the large bedrooms. It might be better if you are not staying at the height of summer. That was our only issue with this fab villa.And why overall we give it 4 stars.

Amazing property

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous villa. It is in a great spot, close to Pollensa and the beach. The owners were super helpful, the villa had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely and the l extensive gardens mean there was always a spot for everyone to sit, either in the sun or in the shade. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return

Family vacation

Grandparents, parents, grandchildren and dachshound all loved it here. The hosts were very welcoming and the house well equipped. A lovely place to stay and we can't wait to come here again.

Another perfect week!

Thank you once again to these excellent hosts. The Villa is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Our children loved the pool and the donkey in the next field! Pollensa is a great town to be based in with excellent restaurants. We would not hesitate to book this property again, it is high quality!

Tolle Finca mit viel Flair.

Hatten eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca. In echt ist die Finca noch eindrucksvoller, als in der Ausschreibung. Sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ausgezeichnet

Wer Ruhe sucht, der findet sie hier zu hundert Prozent. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Vor allen Dingen rund ums Haus. Die Pflanzen sind unglaublich schön. Im Garten gibt es viele kleine Oasen, wo man relaxen und auch essen kann. Lustig fanden wir auch den Esel, die Schafe und die HĂŒhner. Es gibt 3 grosse Schlafzimmer und je ein Bad dazu. Alles sehr sauber. Die KĂŒche ist auch schön. Das einzige was wir vielleicht bemĂ€ngeln könnten, wĂ€re, dass fĂŒr zwei Personen das Geschirr reicht, aber wenn 4 oder 6 Personen da wohnen, gibt es nicht genug davon. Auch die Kochpfannen dĂŒrften noch etwas mehr sein. mit dem Auto ins Zentzrum ca. 7 Minuten. Zu Fuss ca. 25 Minuten. Die Vermieter Juan und Margalida sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Amazing and beautiful villa

Overall, it was an absolutely great stay. We were a group of 6 friends, and we all agreed that it was the best house for a group of that size that we have ever stayed at. Each room is very nice, there are more than enough bathrooms, multiple places to eat and sit together inside and outside, the pool is great, the garden is beautiful, there are no neighbours who could disturb us or could be annoyed by us. Two things to consider: when we arrived, the basic items (dishwasher tabs, soap, toilet paper, etc.) were only sufficient for one or two days. And there were no mosquito nets at the windows, so we had to rely on the air condition to get some cool air, and still got many mosquitos in the rooms after letting some air in for a few minutes.

Finca Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schöne gepflegte Finca fĂŒr 4-6 Personen. Unsere 3 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen . Sehr gute Lage nahe Pollensa. Liebevolle und fĂŒrsorgliche Gastgeber , Kleine Reparaturen und WĂŒnsche werden sofort beseitigt und erfĂŒllt. Liebevolle BegrĂŒĂŸungsgeschenke von den Gastgebern. Auch Esel Donky und die HĂŒhner begrĂŒĂŸten uns immer freudig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Großartiges Haus besticht durch Sauna und Pool

Das Haus ist schöner als beschrieben. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt ĂŒber Ostern. Der Salzwasser-Pool war zwar eiskalt, aber trotzdem einladend, besonders nach einem Sauna-Gang. Das Haus von Margalida und Joan ist toll gelegen, nahe an Pollenca. FĂŒr uns Fans der Serra Tramuntana ein guter Startpunkt fĂŒr Berge und Meer. KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir wurden mit frischen eigenen Eiern und ein paar Kleinigkeiten begrĂŒĂŸt. An den Esel auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck, der auch gerne nachts mal ruft, hatten wir uns rasch gewöhnt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
